This was very easy to use and was very helpful. The customer support people are very helpful as well. I was talking to a lady name Thea and she was very helpful and helped me in seconds.

if you have variants in your listings, forget about it. Completely messed up my shopify and etsy store. Now have to resort to editing all listings one by one. Complete waste of time. Order syncing did not work either and was messaged to handle them one by one manually... whats the point?

I have fallen in love with this app already. It will really make running my business a whole lot easier!!

It's very easy to use and customer service is great! I imported all my products from Etsy to Shopify in minutes.

I have been struggling to find the right app to easily sync my existing Esty shop to shopify. The customer service is amazing and so helpful. I am looking forward to continuing to use this app.

Works great so far, although in full disclosure I've only had it a day or so. Angelica gave me excellent service and hand held me through bringing in some of my inventory then even waiting with me until it was all in and I was happy! she was great and really appreciate the top notch support!

Thea walked me thru every single possible scenario so its like getting a crash course using this app. This app is wonderful and it has helped me linked my ETSY shop to Shopify with ease. Service support is the best where you can get immediate technical support right away. And sync'ing worked just as expected. I appreciate the help!

Easy installation, inventory sync is no-hassle and works as soon as you enable app access to your Etsy store, provided your SKUs are already set and identical across both Shopify and Etsy. Could not ask for more. Thank you for providing such a necessary tool for free.

Fantastic customer support - incredibly great software to have for free - Worth downloading if you are moving from etsy to shopify or vice versa.

Thea was very nice and helped me with the sync. I needed this to be free because I am a pretty poor artist.

BEST FREE Plan out there. However, you don't have the option to select specific "categories" to sync from your Shopify Store to Etsy. It's either sync all the products or nothing. They have an option to select specific individual products, but that's not gonna be helpful as I have 3000+ products on my Shopify store and I wanna sell only 40 of them on Etsy. So this app is not feasible for me, but for those of you out there who wanna import all your products or have no issues manually selecting a few products. Just go for it!

I was really hesitant to download and use this app because there were no reviews yet, but I decided to take the plunge because - as someone with less than 100 listings on Etsy - I was really not a fan of paying $19.99/month on one of the other apps that do the same synchronization service between Etsy and Shopify. I am so glad I got this app! It does exactly what it says it will do and is VERY easy to use and understand. Thank you so much to the team at RAKT for creating something that met my needs without the unnecessary price tag. I am so grateful!
