Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!

Great app. What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer support. I had a few questions about the features, and Joseph, the support agent, went above and beyond to help me out. As a Gen Xer who is very insecure about my tech ability, Omar made me feel as though he really was there for me with syncing my Shopify site to Etsy. He made the whole confusing task very smooth, was very polite and efficient. I hope he will be available in the future and how great to be helped by a human!

Ran into a hiccup during setup. Found out that this only allows for syncing from one location, but I have products that are made in multiple locations, so Omar helped me out and sent a link to their other app that allows multi-product location syncing. This review is more for the customer service rep helping me quickly figure out a problem.
