This app does everything I need it to for my store. Customer support is great! Every time I have a question they respond right away. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has a store that customizes it's products. It's easy to integrate, easy to use, and works great!

This App is not consistent anymore, Used to be good somedays better than others, It's really slowing us down adding products as the product data as become extremely slow at updating!!!!!! it can take up to an hour for to be able to to add the personalisation fields for a product!!!!!!! Update Sept 2020 - Still Having Issues

I want to manage several websites. All of my customized websites have installed this APP. Generally speaking, it is very good, especially their technicians are very good at handling problems. I have a website theme because it can’t display customized attributes. After reacting to them, I quickly dealt with it, and then the style couldn’t be aligned. I also tried to ask them to help. I didn’t expect them to adjust it for me.

I am beyond blown away by the support I have received so far. My site is not live yet but I have needed a little help and they are ON IT! I have been in the online industry for over 23 years....they are doing it right!

The technical support department is too bad, always prolonging the support time, badly affecting the business. 1 star

The customer support is truly outstanding. The person I worked with on the product customization team worked tirelessly until a couple of issues I had due to a theme update were resolved. Highly recommend!

This APP is very good, the settings are not complicated, and other settings are more convenient. One very good thing is that their customer service response speed is the fastest in all my installed apps. It seems that their company has a comment. I also used it. The same customer service responded quickly.

This App used to be brilliant with no issues what's so ever, Something as changed and this app is so unreliable these days you add a product and 45 mins you still can't add the Personalization fields "Product Not Found"

One of Worst app in this category.. product not able to synced with real time.. every time i have to contact to customer support.. what the hell is this also they charge 19$ for nothing..

The app works with every theme I've tried and updates within seconds of changing themes! Every time I've had to reach out with a question, they respond incredibly quick! Highly recommend trying if you need a drop down menu or adding customization options to your product pages in any way!

We use this app to add customized options to our products throughout our website. Whether it just be a checkbox option or an additional cost option, it is very consistent and works well with our product pages. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I would definitely recommend using this application.

My current theme has a cart feature with a drawer that isn't compatible with this product, but the development team worked with me to make adjustments to create a workaround for this (by removing that element of the cart). We had several days of back and forth to get things squared away, but I was satisfied with their responsiveness and ultimately I'm happy with where we landed and am excited to have this app on my site! (I deducted one star since we had to disable the cart drawer as opposed to it working with this type of modern cart feature)

Lots of options, works well, great support. I needed a some help adding it to my theme and got it done fast.

Update: I wrote my first review of this app in 2014 and six years later, I still think it's great. Perfect for my needs as a stationery shop with Shopify. I'm redoing my website and was having a problem with the customization boxes showing up under the product listings. I contacted customer support and within minutes, Kevon had fixed the problem. I then asked him if I could do bulk editing and add the same options to a large number of products at once. He replied quickly again with a "yes". It was so much easier, and quicker, than doing them one at a time. Great app, and great customer service. Thanks Kevon! 2014- This is a great app for adding personalization options for my stationery website. It's easy to use, and you can add multiple options for one product, which is exactly what I needed. You can also save the fields for adding to other products easily. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that needs custom options for their products. Update: After posting this review, I sent an email to customer service asking help with a few things. I was replied to quickly and my questions were answered and my page looks exactly how I wanted it to look after less than 24 hours with help from Kim and Beka. Their customer service is excellent!

Love the options and ability to customize your own products. We have been searching the right app for a long time and even started hiring a developer to build it ourselves before we found this app, which knocked it out of the park in terms of functionality. No custom developer needed anymore as this app is perfect.

It's difficult to use, and when I want to uninstall, I find it difficult to uninstall. This has caused me a lot of trouble, the customer service efficiency is very low, I am very angry! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This is a great app to add customization options for your customers. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We had some issues integrating it but Yaneeke did an outstanding job fixing all our issues. Absolutely would recommend!
