Installed easily with Shopify free themes but when I needed help with a more custom theme to install, they emailed back within an hour on a Saturday. Also checked and did everything before responding, by the time they emailed it was to let me know they solved it

Phenomenal. I was searching and searching for a good variant app, and this is the ONE. Let me walk you through what makes it so good: 1. Quick, easy setup. If you’re not confident with coding the expert team has it up and running within a couple of hours. 2. Easy to use. Out of the several I have tested this has the most straightforward interface. It had every function I wanted from swatches to pricing per variant. 3. Design integration - if you have a clue about CSS it’s fairly easy to amend to make it look the same. If, like me, you’re a bit of a novice, they have a cracking team who’s reply rate is swift. They had my design exactly how I wanted it within 1 email! All in all a great app, and a massive shout out to Steven. Been incredibly helpful from the outset and an asset to their team.

We have been using Product Customizer for many years. We have a lot of personalized product and this app works great for us. We have only had a couple of glitches and they have been amazing with their quick fixes. Most recently, Yaneeke had something fixed within minutes. We HIGHLY recommend this app!

Love this app, its perfect for my store, customers can upload their logos, tick customer created boxes, leave personalisaion information etc. It means that when I get to their order, all of the information is in one place.

We have used this app since we first opened our store as we have products that customers can personalise. Currently in the processing of refreshing the store our theme update, well overdue, altered the look and needed the app reinstalling. Our questions were answered promptly, and having shared a screenshot, the diameters of boxes were altered to create a professional look on our new theme. It's not finished yet, but when the theme is published we are confident that with the help we have received from Steven customers will be able to clearly create their bespoke gift. I can also thoroughly recommend using conditioned logic in the app to only allow customers to input information once they have chosen the option they want to pay for if applicable. Less follow up time wasted when a customer has completed all options in error.

Typically when you spend money with a business... be it buying a product at your local store or a subscription of sorts... be it in person or on the phone or online... the business will usually thank you for being a customer, right? Basically, we give our money away and someone thanks us... But in this case, I wanna thank the people who provide this awesome app.. and thank you for providing a system that I was in desperate need of... so essentially thank you for taking my money! Yaneeke, Steven, Jim, Collins and everyone else have been amazing and went out of their way to make sure this app worked with my theme and worked properly in my shop. It's not every day you run into a mod or app provider that wants to take the extra steps for their customers. And I truly appreciate it. That aside... the app's features are crazy. Most of my products can be personalized and or has multiple colors etc. So I was looking for something like this. But when I saw the demos of the products and what it can do... the date picker... the swatch selector... the actual font preview selector... I was in awe. This was what I needed and so much more. Well worth the subscription price for me... as now it opens up more options for my customer... and the ability to be able to accommodate them more. Thank you guys for an awesome App!!

My business is all about customisation and with the Product Customizer app it has made it possible for customers throughout the world to tell me exactly what they want in colour, text, size, font type etc. It's works effortlessly and I have been a proud user of this app for well over 4 years. It is most definitely worth it as I never need to speak to my customers, I list the options, they decide and bam! order placed!

Our store was built to provide customized products and we have complicated setup with many custom settings like custom names, images, dates or even paragraph messages just to customize products. Before we need to have 2 to 3 apps so we can customized a product but in Product Options and Customizer you can have any customization you need. Just Product Options and Customizer for any customization you need. Plus the support is quick and easy to communicate and give us what we need, thank you Kevon. Highly recommended.
