We've only just started using the Product Options & Customizer app for adding variants to our products. We have had some niggles with installation and setting up but Aman and his customer service team were very helpful and prompt in resolving the issues. We're hoping now the glitches are resolved the app will run smoothly making it easier for us to customise our listings, as well as for our customers. Thank you!

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! UPDATED - Again super fast support. Thanks Aman!

I've only just installed this app and its pretty darn cool. I love all the additional options that you can get on your product page, some that I hadn't even though of having but actually make a lot of sense to have them. ALSO a shoutout to Aman who was amazing when I had a million questions thrown his way. Not only did he send links to everything I needed, he also gave some advice on my page which I appreciated.

Got stuck trying to navigate this app, reached out to customer service and got Aman and he sorted out all my questions within the first 5 minutes of making contact. Defiantly a great app to have with your online store as the customer service is top notch. thanks again Aman you Legend.

Update - 05.09.22 I've had a slight issue with the custom personalisation input, Aman fixed it straight away, hats off and very good service. Thank you. On my initial setup, I quickly found out that I needed help. I started a chat session with Shevaughn and explained what I was trying to accomplish with the Customizer app. We worked through different scenarios together, and he wrote custom code for me. It tested perfectly! This App is truly a great product and has even better customer service. What a great choice!

Love the customer service. Worked on a sunday to support my urgent question. App is bit pricy but the customer service made up for it if something didn't work for the website.

Initially struggled a bit with getting it set up on my site but most of the reps were very helpful and attentive. After working with their support for over a day or two I finally got the app working and looking how I wanted it.

Great product, and does precisely what it says on the tin and customer service is very helpful. Will be using for a ling time coming.

I needed a bit of help setting up on my new theme - and the live chat was answered immediately and they set it up to work within 2 minutes, so helpful!

Great support...had a little issue but it was simple and fast to get it fixed. Ultimately not what I was looking for but very good

Not 100% what I was looking for but due to the timely mannor a staff member was able to help I give 5 Stars. Had one other issue, but it's on shopify's end.

We love the Product Customizer app; we recently updated our theme, and we've had some glitches that have cropped up a few times, and they've been the same problem. HOWEVER, the team at PC have responded really quickly to fix the issues, they fix them each time, and they've even worked on them over the weekend, which we really appreciate, bc ppl don't shop only during business hours! So thanks to Kevon and Shevaughn for addressing our problems so quickly. No app is perfect all the time, and things break - what matters is customer service and getting the issue resolved quickly, and you guys do that. So thank you so much!
