I have been using many apps for customizing the options and variants for my products. I can say confidently that this app is the best app. Easy to use, the options will be applied instantly on any product, and on top of this, they do have such great customer service. So yes this app is definitely worth 5 Stars

Really quick and helpful customer service. Updated my theme to show the correct product varient and was easy to deal with.

I have used this app for several years and it worked well and I would have previously given it 4 stars. However I recently upgraded to a 2.0 shopify theme and the app stopped working. The developer was initially quick to respond and managed to get the theme working on chrome - although it was rather glitchy and wasn't a great customer experience at checkout. They couldn't get it to work at all on Safari or on mobile and that was it really! After not hearing from them for a week or so I deleted the app and found one with more features, that works, and is half the price.

Great support and help from the team behind. The app works also very well this Shopify 2.0 Theme, and we are satisfied.

Quick, Easy, i've used about 4 now and this is the best by far! Also customer service is so quick!! Would recommend. I use for embroidery add on service and is perfect!

Excellent App, I have been able to make my web site look really professional with multiple options available for each product and custom input boxes. Upselling is much easier now. Support is excellent to help you set it up. Highly recommend this product.

I use this app to help customers personalize items that they want to order for themselves or for family members. It works wonders when allowing to join in the wonders of people lives.

When I first started with the App I got a little confused about how it works but I used the live help and Aman was amazing. He even did a screen share and logged into our Shopify and fixed a few little bits. This app is great, but I needed some help getting it setup with a 2.0 theme. Aman from customer support was great, and helped to resolve the issue very quickly by disabling the drawer option within the cart. Everything is working as expected. Thank you!

I have been using this app for years. Great app to add more customization products. Whenever I have had issues I have been able to get ahold of someone quickly and get the issue fixed the same day. They even did a video call with me within a half hour of my contacting them recently when my options weren't adding correctly (my fault). Great app/company.

Had a small issue with 'required' fields not working. Hopped on the app chat and the team responded straight away and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. Great support!

I had some issues with setting up the app. Aman gave everything to help me, and managed to get the customizer working in my store. It is really extraordinary that you get such good support for a plugin.

Have been using the app for quite a while now and have had 0 complaints. Rebranded my store and got a new template that messed up the current integration of the app and got help instantly through the on-app chat. Problem was fixed within 15 mins which I really appreciated.
