A little tricky for me to use. But once you understand how it works it is a good app. Help is there and quick very nice people.

The app is very helpful in letting us customise our products and if there are any issues the customer service is very efficient.

A great tools to add in your customizable product, use on pagefly and integrate to my debutify theme not success for the firs time but customer service help me to resolve the issue, great service

Really easy to install, worked well straight away. Customer service is also fantastic, so quick to reply and help. I needed the text to be bigger and boxes to have an outline so they could be seen and the problem was resolved super quick and customer service checked in with me to make sure I was happy.

I use this app to allow for customization of names and titles for a healthcare store we operate. This app is very easy to use overall and when I had an issue with operation, the team was quick to respond and resolve this issue.

A really great app with loads of potential for making your store work incredibly well - so many options! I've had a few instances where it doesn't do what I've needed it to, but the team are always able to resolve issues so quickly which is really appreciated.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The support team from Product Customizer is without question the best team I've ever worked with. They are quick to respond, INCREDIBLY helpful, and super respectful. I can't say enough good things about this team. I just changed my theme and they had custom code installed in less than 6 hours. I pay them $19/month and they treat me like I pay them $1500/month. If you're in between similar apps, the decision should be the easiest you've ever made. We love Product Customizer!
