So far so good. I am still learning how to use this app but it's delivering so far. I will say Customer Service is excellent. I love to be able to get someone on chat quickly and they can answer my questions without having to pick up the phone. I hate the phone. These guys are on top of it! I highly recommend. I'll update if anything changes but for now, I am happy.

I never really have any trouble with this app, if I do, customer service is always available right away to fix anything.

My website allows for a lot of customization for my customers. There's a piece of this app that's supposed to be hidden for you and the developer and unfortunately customers could see it too! Man reached out the same day I sent the request over, and created this issue ASAP. Quick turnaround time and happy about it! Thank you!

Amazing app with amazing support as well! The staff was quite polite and clear on everything that I asked. The setup was as easy as I couldn't imagine. Nobody likes issues on the apps but when they appear, it's very important to have a good support team as Product customizer has.

Shevaughn was super helpful with updating an issue which occurred when I updated my new theme. I have been using this ap for years and it has been perfect for my online store. I sell customised phone cases, it allows customers to input their personal name/initials or upload a photo, rather then leaving those details in the 'Notes' section of the cart, like they were doing previously. We use this app to add personalization option for 3000+ products. It has conditional logic option and easy to understand interface. Highly recommended!

Update: I needed help as the synchronization was off when creating new products in Shopify. On Sunday Aman wrote to ask if we could do a screen share this morning? He called and in 5 minutes everything was fixed. It needed a new sync and all is well. I really like this app and its people. They work hard and the app saves me hours. I have been using this app on both of my Shopify stores for 8 years. Recently, I had a new theme installed and this app would not re-install. When I contacted customer support, Sheniel worked on it immediately and found that a file was blocking images and apps. It turns out the Shopify expert installed an optimization snippet file that did the blocking. An optimization file that slowed down the website. Without Sheniel’s help we would still be looking for the answer. And, yes this app allows you more bariants than the Shopify limit of 3.....great app, great people.

This app has awesome features and customer support is great (currently working with the free version)
