So Far I am really enjoying this app. The only think I do not like about it, is that you can not add text when creating, so you have to do the design on another program ahead of time to include text before uploading it. Otherwise, very easy to use!

The app itself works well - it was very easy to create products and integrate them with Shopify! There was a small snafu with the sample t-shirt I ordered however. The shirt must have been folded when the design was printed on it so there were large, blank white spots across the design. The corners and seams were also all blank since the sewing did not align with the design. Fortunately I reached out to customer care and they responded very quickly. I worked with Tom Otter, the Business Development Manager for Printify, and he was more than willing to solve the issue. I received an apology, full refund, and advice concerning the quality of my products. For future reference, I would recommend staying away from the print supplier "Colorado Timberline" and instead go for the recommended "MWW" for all over print (AOP) products. Also, always order a sample product before making it available to your customers but that's just common sense! So while my first experience didn't go as expected, the response from the Printify team was very much appreciated. Thank you Update: I received my second trial item, an AOP tote bag, and it was satisfactory: not amazing but not terrible. The print was crisp and the fabric/stitching seemed sturdy enough. The handles were a bit chewed up, as if the machine had nicked them when sewing, but they still seem sturdy. A bit large for a normal tote but there were other sizes offered so that's on me.

You guys are doing amazing job. My shop is working, everything is just the way I wanted it to be. I've been choosing between several similar services, and glad I sticked with Printify. No complications, no unnecessary steps, love the simplicity of app & mock-up generator. My favourite features are the preview from different angles (especially useful for home decor and sports clothes) and opportunity to set my own margins & shipping rates (other similar companies did not allow that). Highly recommended. Oh and thank you for replying super quickly to all my questions on chat and Facebook :)

Stick with printful and printful only. they ship garbage it takes forever and they don't care at all , gross money hungry company with no morals

Great app! Very easy to use and a wonderful selection of products!

It's ok but I've had a lot of frustration trying to use their product/mock generator for creating phone cases. If I chose one position/size of an image on say an iphone case it will not be in the same position or even the same size on the samsung case. I've also noticed that even if my image reaches the edge of the phone case template, it will STILL SHOW UP AS IF I DIDN'T COVER IT, LEAVING THE EDGE WHITE! Such a plan, I am moving over to a different company.

Easy to use, great product selection

I thought this would be a cool app. The first couple of orders were ok but they last one was terrible. I took months to get my shirts. When they arrived they arrived in different shipments at different times... like 5 shirts one time and then another 3 a week later. After one washing all of the printing peeled off. Terrible. Deleted from my store.

I love printify, it makes actually putting my designs on physical items super easy. I'm a photoshop geek so this has been a great experience. really integrated easily with my shopify.

A men's medium tee is 21 inches wide. YOU SHOW ME A MAN WHO'S ONLY 21 INCHES AROUND HIS CHEST. Ugh!!

I just started on Shopify and I chose printify because of reviews and the fact that I could check the products they have with a supplier I use so I know the quality. I placed 2 sample orders then pulled my products listed with them. The sample prints from the two orders were inconsistent. The print area didn't match the tiny print area offered on their design software. Some were too big, others too small. In my order I received two shirts from someone else's order, including the shipping label for them. I notified printify who kept asking me to take pictures and then more pictures so they could fix the problem, despite that everything they needed was in the first pictures I sent. I'm not here to jump through hoops to fix their problems. I contacted the shop they messed up the order on directly so they will be able to deal with Printify.

Huge item selection & great quality items

It's good and seems to be easy to use. Hopefully it will be much faster as I use it. Would like to download a template for the various phone makes and sizes.
