I have tried using this company several times over the years. Each time they fail me more and more. People this company is a middle man thats all it is. they do not print the item. They just have a bunch of printers on their platform and collect the money. The pricing sucks and the production time is the slowest out of all of them! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I have lost lots of money using them because either they send wrong items or they cannot deliver on time! There are many other print on demand suppliers better than this one. This is the LAST TIME i use this company and i will no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT USE!

I am absolutely infuriated with the service I have been provided by Printify with both the products I have been sent and the customer service. Throughout the course of using their service I have had 5 faulty products sent to myself and 2 faulty products sent to my customers. They have received incorrect tracking details on packages as well, and I have been told by Printify to just deal with it. When I asked for a reprint on a product that was already reprinted for being horrible the first time, I was told that they would not and just to switch manufacturers. To tell a customer that a service THEY list is for "quantity" and not "quality" is an absolutely disgusting and sleezy business practice. NO WHERE on THEIR website do they list the difference in print providers. It should be EXPECTED that all prints are of the highest quality. Upon washing 3 of my samples, with the instructions listed in the tag, my designs were completely cracking and rubbing off. If I can't wash my shirts once, how are my loyal customers supposed to feel about the items they receive? The fact they offer DJ as a printer and defend them for sending us horrible prints is absurd. I am disgusted. They also refused to refund my money for their scam of a Premium Business Plan.

A really great website, loads of choices for product, by far the easiest back end to use. The printing even is not bad. Can't well use their service if your client isn't in the states or (if available) in Europe. IF they need to have things shipped to the they will be charged duties.

Best app on Shopify! Printify has helped greatly with promotional products.

This is a super simple app to use. I love it! Can't wait to get my branded items sold!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I created +100 products using Printify, uploaded them on all my marketplaces, create adverting campaigns on facebook, google ads, I was exciting... until do a TEST ORDER and receive a tee with a design much small than the mockup showed on my store and ads. They said it was a supplier problem and all the products created using him could be printed smaller. After more than 1 week they didn't show a solution but I noticed people still can create products that can't be printed in the right size. Luckily I did the test order, because imagine if a costumer receive a product different than that one he saw and bought... Who will get a bad review? This is something can't happen when you're building a brand. VERY UNSATISFIED

While there are many 3rd party drop-shipping apps, Printify seems to offer a few products that don't exist through other suppliers. For example, they offer "Journals." We use these journal templates to make fake books with weird covers that people can "read" in waiting rooms and subways to freak out strangers. People seem to like the print quality!

This service is amazing. Easy to use and great for a business that's just starting out.

I am giving them 5 stars for getting back to me very quickly on all product related and app related questions. Too soon to say more, but I appreciate their selection of products at competitive prices.

Best POD App I've ever Used So Far

Printify is an excellent app. Very easy to use and to develop a variety of products. Printify has an excellent support person in Tom Otter. I have been working with Tom for the past year. He has been extremely helpful in assisting me with orders and shipping. His attention to detail, his ongoing and timely communications and excellent service have helped me serve my customers and expand my sales. Tom is located in Poland, I am in the US. However, when there is an urgent matter, he has never hesitated to contact me via phone or e-mail ASAP. It is easy to reach support via "chat" or e-mail. But nothing substitutes for speaking with a real person over the phone. Tom is my go-to support expert at Printify.

I initially set up Printify to see what the quality of work and service was like before I started opening it up to customers. Firstly when selecting products it is surprisingly limiting as to what products are offered in the UK compared with the US. The next issue I have is that my test order was apparently shipped after 48 hours (that's fine I don't mind that) however 5 days later I still have not received said item, not even Royal Mail is this slow to deliver! So I thought I know I'll go use the live chat feature on their website to find out what is going on. I wrote a message at 10am complete with the order number. At the top of the live chat, it says "Typically replies within 1 hour" ... 4 hours later and I still have not even had a reply to acknowledge receipt of my query! Poor Customer service, Poor Delivery SLA's and poor product availability for anyone running a business in the UK. Do not use if you value any of the above.

The absolute worst customer service. Absolutely infuriating. You will lose time and money using this app. Don't make the same mistake we did. Also, if you choose ArtGun as your shipping provider, expect it to take 2 weeks for them to deliver 1 shirt and half the time it'll come wrong or with stains on it.

I have ordered samples of you bags and totes and they are wonderful. The prints came out exactly as I imagined.
