Printify is an excellent service with excellent customer service. Beware of MyLocker to do your printing. They could care less what they send out of their place. On average 1 of every 4 or 5 shirts i order need to be replaced for terrible quality, holes in the shirts, and ink splatters all over. They have issues. MyLocker is terrible. Prinitfy is great..

After I received the samples for my tees and hoodies I am certain that Printify is by a mile the best print on demand fulfillment service out there. I traveled around the world for a while so I put off setting up a shop for a long while because I couldn't keep track of inventory and shipping while on the road. But now when I found out that they take care of everything and I mean EVERYTHING, from mockups, printing, packing to shipping there was no excuses not to do it!

If you care about quality, your brand and reputation then skip these guys. They're a middle man for POD companies and don't give a fck about you or your customers satisfaction. Like any small business I'm trying to provide the highest quality product for the lowest margin. Their Bella 8001 was/is cheaper by a few dollars than another pod on Shopify so I moved 2 designs to them. The partner I chose was ArtGun. Not just for the price but they could do an outside back label. I had 4 orders, 2 individual, 1 low volume order from the music artist, and one other individual. The first 3 orders, 2 individual, and the volume order for around 12 shirts all came or shipped to the customer with the outside back label printed as an inside label. I had no idea until the artist got their volume order. First, it took 10 business days to print 12 shirts. Another 3-5 days to actually receive the shirts. Needless to say, they were not accurate about their fulfillment time. Contacted Printify, got a sad story that ArtGun was merging with another company, blah, blah, blah, it won't happen again. Plus since it was a "large" order (12 shirts? 2 designs?!) It was harder to fulfill... Are you for real? It should be easier right? Load the graphic, change shirts in the dtg printers..... So it's scripted offshore support... Ok, apologize to artist, no merchandise at their show... When it arrived they d me, all the back labels we're printed on the inside label area. I saw and took photos of all the shirts in person and took it back for an exchange. Contacted Printify, generic support contacted me with send photos, proof etc. Few days goes by, ok they're is a problem with their pod ArtGun. They've been notified will be fixed and will get back to me when I can get reprints. So I contact the 2 previous individual orders, turns out their shirts are not correct either. Let Printify know, etc etc photos, done. 1 month goes by, Printify points the finger to ArtGun, my customers have shirts that are not correct, the artist merchandise still not correct... I think 6 weeks finally ok, ArtGun fixed their problem we're sending reprints. Check the reprints, Printify reprints the 3 individual orders (I had another individual orders during this waiting period that was printed wrong and had rust and irregular water stains on it). The 2 dark colors are ok. The white shirt still discolored, after they assured me that it was getting extra qc. Then I ask, what about the larger order from the artist and they respond they need proof of the mistake, again! Mind you I sent them the photos from that order as proof of their mistake a month and a half back. They push back with their canned script, now it's October and still the 12 shirts aren't reprinted. They blame ArtGun, no, it's them, Printify, because they choose to do business with pods that can't even get a back label right. If they do so much volume like they claim, how can I be the only one affected? This company is dishonest and doesn't care about you, your brand or your customers. I have all emails, photos, and correspondence. If you have a family reunion, small tee run you wanna do cheap and don't know or care about quality then go ahead and save a buck. If you are trying to grow a brand, have high quality prints and customer satisfaction, stay away from Printify. They can point fingers to the pod, but they continue to do business with them because of their character. Your partners reflect you. I should have never ever used them. It's one of the worst experiences since I've started to do my open custom shirts.

The shirts I've ordered are seriously awful. I've ordered samples from 4 of their print providers, and all were unacceptable. The white outline was clearly visible underneath the design for every dark shirt I ordered. I guess this is not Printify's fault, but they shouldn't be working with providers that offer such horrible products. Some of the providers have huge delays as well. It's really such a pity because their software is great and easy to use. I just wish that the print providers were reliable.

I tried to move the image when designing a cushion cover after resizing it but could not do it.... maybe I’m missing a step or it’s simply not possible. If so this needs to be fixed as the image manipulation needs to be more versatile. Other than that so far so good... fab quality products. Thanks

UPDATE: I set up my store for fun, and assumed I was making money. It started getting more and more orders, but I didn't really dig in, just thought of it as "free money" for the most part. I say that to explain my mindset when finding Printify. The app was pretty easy to use, they had products different from Printful, and it seemed decent. I was pleased. Fast forward 6 months and I'm trying to get serious as a business. I started digging into my expenses, and saw that for several orders, I was LOSING MONEY. How could this possibly be? It was ALL because of PRINTIFY'S SHIPPING. Let me dig deeper... I started with Printful. I had it set up so that Printful was setting the delivery price that my customer saw because they were my only print provider. Then I added Printify. I couldn't use that delivery price thing anymore, couldn't figure out another way to set it up, so I said "Screw it" and just set flat rate shipping. Printful's shipping was usually around $3 in the US (with some rare outliers) and $7-8 internationally, so I set my shipping prices as $5 flat for US and Canada, and $12 international. Then I set it and forgot about it. That was so stupid. Each of their printers has their own shipping, and they are not just charging you the costs. They are charging you like I charged my customers, with a little padding. That is not cool. Let me break it down: Printful: A mug A backpack A t-shirt - All printed from the same place, and shipped to the same place, so shipping would be like $4 domestic, $8 international Printify: A mug - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int. A backpack - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int. A t-shirt - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int. - All shipped separately from different providers, costing $15 domestic and **$36 INTERNATIONAL** I don't know about you but that would be my entire profit margin. I added coasters through Printify, that were really popular but they were cheap ($9 or so bucks, $5 cost I think). I thought it would be an easy way to upsell. They ended up draining profits because the shipping ($5) would eat up the profit margin and then some. Don't be fooled by this. Do not use Printify unless they fix their shipping costs. I tried talking to support and they were just like "it's not up to us, the shipping providers set their own prices." So they don't really even care. I deleted all my products, cancelled my subscription, and uninstalled the app. I left 2 stars because for everything else, they are great. If they fixed this, I'd come back. Original Review: I love the app. It's pretty easy to use. There are a few small things that bug me, but overall it's a great app. I wish there were more products available. Right now, I have to use several different POD services, and I wish I could just use Printify. Great app!

I was going to use printify in conjunction with printiful as they offer a few products that printiful does not, but I will never use printify again. I will also warn against those that choose to use them in any capacity, let alone as the primary drop shipping revenue stream. Needing a small batch of shirts for clients we placed only a small order before putting products live on the website. Glad we did as the shirts that arrived were unacceptable to say the least. Between the shirts being "burnt" from the heat press and over half the prints being printed crooked, it was a nightmare. Attempted to get a refund and move on, no no no said their customer service (whenever they decide to respond back) as a refund is only performed after the replacements have been received and been found to be unacceptable. Waited another week, big surprise, replacements were garbage. CS service is severely lacking and unavailable half the time during regular business hours. Stupidly we decided to give them a second chance on other products. They wait until a customer decides to order a product (coffee mug) from us to alert us to the fact that they no longer work with that vendor...... Never working with them again. Printiful has been great. Check them out.

Awesome app for your store that honestly is really simple to use and edit products. I tried a few other apps similar to this and honestly this one is the most bang for your buck, with a good selection of items to choose from. Also I appreciate that you have the ability to choose from different suppliers as well.

Buyer Beware! Update! After being promised that they fixed their printing issues, its gotten worse. 4 out of 4 item were printed over multiple times, these guys have ZERO quality control. Im going to Tee Launch and Printful for better service and products. So we just ordered (Payed for samples, and I'm glad I did before turning over (what looked like among mocks) their products to our customers. First we ordered a zip up hoodie, logo was as cheap and "knock off" looking as you can get. It looks like someone printed it in their car! And that zip up hoodie had a big clump of thread knotted up and stitched into the chest. Cant get it out. second, we ordered some flip flops as sample (we sell tons of flip flops so this is going to hurt their pocket for sure) and the samples we received had our logo struck twice. THESE GUYS HAVE ZERO QUALITY CONTROL. Be Carful before you let them drop ship garbage to you customers. and the forms you have to fill out remind me of the 1990's, like really? Cant build in a link within the order?

I gave a try to Printify and ordered 6products (t-shirts and hoodies for kids&adults) from T shirt and son (UK). The quality of the products was good but the printing was really bad. I would be ashamed to sell this to my customers.I'm really disapointed because I heard many good things about Printify and I spent many hours to set up my whole store with them. Now I have to do it again with another print on demand company. I strongly recommend to order a sample before setting up your store.

Love this app! This is like product design for dummies! I had mockups in my shop in no time! Already ordered my first samples and we're almost ready to go live! I can't wait to see the sales coming in! I had one minor issue with setting up payment, but their customer service helped me out and it was easier than I thought. Very simple setup.
