changing profiles, emails, and creating for beginners is very unintuitive. Customer service is very weak

THE BEST FOR THEIR GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTION

The Printify app offers a lot! easy customization and most important, excellent support. I started my own website in march 2023. Problems will happen. Maybe a damaged item, maybe USPS louses your customers order, etc. Every time, the support from Shopify has been top notch and very helpful and i'm glad i choose Printify as my partner.

Amber was a great help, even though I didn't catch on all at once, she was patient and waited.

Awful, just awful! No phone #, no merchant service. They remind me of the merchants from the 1850's selling to gold miners. No gold miner ever made money, but the people who sold them the dream certainly did. I can't wait to find other providers, keep inventory, ANYTHING, to get away from Printify. Build your store on something else.

good-its literally perfect

Printify is very easy to use and their customer service has been very responsive when I've had any issues. The pricing can take a bit to understand when it comes to the profit margin. You have to remember to add the production price and shipping price to determine what you're actual profit will be. It would help if the profit would be based off the shipping and production price combined.

I like the free Mockup Generator and create one-of-a-kind designs to sell.

I would recommend this app to any novice store owner like myself to get there own designs printed. They are also testing an A.I Bata that can assist you in quickly generating various styles and designs which enables you to get your designed product published I.e Laptop sleeves Tote Bags T-shirts Mugs into your store a lot quicker and customer service is at hand to address any concerns. Awesome customer service

Although the address was correct, a package was returned I had shipped to a customer. I contacted support for assistance. My experience was great. A replacement shipment was sent out at no extra cost. As a business owner managing returns easy and quickly are essential. Thank you!

The app doesn’t have all the capabilities as the browser version, but it does do the basic functions well. I had interaction with a live agent via the chat feature and she was able to quickly and efficiently solve the issues I presented. I appreciate the prompt service.

Great product selection. My only issue is the products can take a long time to publish and sometimes fail to publish and have to be reattempted.
