Creating my first store so I have a bunch of questions. Spoke with Theresa this morning who answered 2 key questions for me very promptly and efficiently. Looking forward to seeing how this venture turns out but vital to have helpful the right level of support when starting out.

Printify is truly an exceptional platform. Whenever I encounter an issue, their support goes above and beyond to assist. While response times may be slightly extended during this holiday time, their dedication to helping me never wavers. The products are great too. I recommend this app for its range of products and printing partners. Give it a try. you'll love it!

Shopify doesn't convert the prices I get from Printify, but I've had help with that. Printify should be working on a solution, until they do, I'd give 4 stars ;)

I just started using this app today and so far so good. Will give another review in the near future after I have had more experience with the app.

The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one is because I have actually received some awesome prints from the third party print houses that they contract but their customer service is very slow and they request the same information over and over again even after you've provided it, I assume in hopes that you forget about it. Lost a good customer in me over something that could have just been resolved with an apology and a replacement sample of the correct size without white ink smeared on it.

really bad, does NOT work photos and edits do not sync over very disappointing set up new product and advertised and then Printify said they could not provide

Love this app! The products that my customers purchased have been truly wonderful. I wanted quality products to represent my store and that is exactly what I got.

Printify is truely unique. An Amazing business model, easy to use and the support staff are second to none. My experience has been nothing but a joy and I am excited about starting this new business. Without such excellent support I would have been floundering and strssed. Each query has been answered in record time and always a solution is given that works. So far being new and using when I struggled with doing everything on Shopify and having trouble with some prices. I talked with Eve on printify and she checked thoroghly on why shipping prices were not matching up in my shopify store. After doing some research she managed to figure it out and we managed to get the prices set right. I am glad that there are some agents who have the paitence to take time to and figure things out.

Printify integrates so nicely with Shopify. I love that I can post a product on my website and really don't need to do anything else. So many POD products. Really loving this company. They take a true interest in their customers and try to make the company better and better

This platform is wonderful, absolutely incredible! Their customer service is always there. Products, mockups are great. It's easy to design and I can't wait for customers to love the products in my store. I just wish there was a more affectionate look at Brazil in order to give us more options to work with local sales with short deadlines.

probably some of the worst customer service I have ever had, I was informed a package shipped, but that's all.... When I asked when I'll see the full info for my customer, so I could get him an ETA, they said to wait a full 7 days after shipping, if the info's not there by then, contact printify again. So we waited the full seven days, contacted them again asking for the shipping info, and again we were feed a line that it takes longer for that info to show, contradicting what the first rep told us, then a supervisor jumped in and said it could take even longer to get that info, and our package would arrive in November. When I asked him how he knows the arrival time, as we haven't see a single thing on the tracking links provided, he didn't really have an answer... and repeated his lie to me again about it taking a month or more for it to arrive, when all we wanted was the tracking info for our customer. Than I asked why a shipment from the US to Canada that shows being shipped, but has no tracking would take over a month to arrive? as well as pointing out and sending in screenshots from the first customer service rep we talked to saying contact them in seven days if the info wasn't there... I asked him who I was supposed to believe? because the answer changes every time i ask, that's about the time I was ghosted and stopped receiving responses from the "supervisor" All we wanted was tracking info for our customer so he would know if what he ordered was going to show up in time or not to give as a gift, we never said I need the package to arrive now! etc. We just wanted to get a proper ETA for our customer. Why is that so hard? All we needed was an E.T.A. UPDATE We contacted the company our order supposedly shipped with and gave them the tracking number we were provided, they told us they have not received the shipment, and that there was only a waybill created in the system. This proved that Printify full on lied to us about our shipment and the information we were looking for. When I provided them this information, and called them out on the lie... They stopped communicating with us. All this trouble just to get the proper shipping information for our customer. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
