Printify is the best service we've came across when it comes to print on demand ! The customer service alone is worth the fee never mind the variation in product, amount of printers and ease of platform. Would highly recommend to anyone with a store within this vertical.

Printify is absolutely the best. Hands down, end of story. However because shopify only allows 100 shipping profiles, the perfect implementation of shipping profiles from printify are rendered useless on shopify. This is why the app is only 4 stars. To make printify infinitely more usable on shopify, they need to either: 1. lift the shipping profile limit. 2. pass the profiles at the product level, and we simply reference the printify profiles. #2 above is far superior because it would be extremely efficient, instead of repeating profiles for each account. #1 above is exceedingly easy to do, and would only require more lines in a database (very low overhead). However shopify is unwilling for no good reason. Only printify is responsive and sensible enough to initiate the fix. The other party is hopeless. They must insist on it as part of the relationship.

Very good and intuitive integration with Shopify! Customer Service is very good too, really. I think there are still some things to improve for a better user experience but generally I am very satisfied at the moment (apart one bug reported and not solved). Thank you

I have been using Printify about 8 months on another platform and just migrated over to Shopify last month. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

Printify is really just a fantastic platform. I am using them to start my clothing brand and they have a ton of quality, vetted suppliers that have been able to print any design I've mocked up. Also the shopify integration is insane, love how easy it all is.

Whenever I reach out to the team at Printify, it's like hitting the 'easy' button. They're always there, ready to lend a hand and answer my questions with the patience of a saint – or maybe a very well-trained customer service rep. It's uncanny! I've yet to have a bad experience with these folks. Honestly, if there was an Olympic event for Print-on-Demand services, Printify would be the one doing victory laps and taking home gold medals. In my book, they're not just the best POD on the planet; they might just be the best in the universe – but I'll have to check with the Martians to be sure!

I had some initial confusion on how to integrate an etsy account with my printify account. My chat with Michael got me going quickly. I definitely had a good experience.

Designing is easy and placing the app inside my store is easy.

UPDATE AND REPLY: (org)Printify won't publish to my SHopify, but works fine on Etsy. I have contacted support and it's been a FULL WEEK with ZERO communication, ZERO updates, and NO resolution. I would highly suggest using another POD platform because their customer service and urgency is lacking. Black Friday is approaching and they don't seem to care that my income is ZERO because they won't fic the issue. I've never been more disappointed. UPDATE: I still cannot publish to my store. Black Friday is here, and my revenue is 0. They actually had the audacity to tell me to manually list all my 500 products to my store and then manually import them to printify. lol. Can you believe that? I've moved over to Printful. I've had no issue publishing products from there. It's just a shame because I was using Printify and had no issues with Etsy, but trying to link to my Shopify has been an absolute nightmare. If you have a Shopify and your livelihood depends on it, DO NOT USE THIS POD PROVIDER! You've been warned. And there has been no urgency to resolve my issue. The only updates I get STILL are because I reach out first. Otherwise I would hear absolutely nothing from this company. If you want a company that cares about it's customers, this just isn't it. UPDATE: I was told the issue would be fixed by Black Friday. It was NOT. I was told it was fixed. IT WAS NOT. This company is the WORST. I'm moving to Printful. And I want my money back for the premium service I DIDN'T USE BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!! I AM SO PIS*%$!!!! UPDATE: It's now CYBER MONDAY and my shop still is not up. At this point, I'm completely over Printify and am actively working to transfer all 500 of my products to Printful. This company has cost me my livelihood and I would highly suggest you all find a better POD company.
