Very easy to set up and implement, could use some small tweaks for editing product tags & such. Simply upload your files properly and send off. The simple process overall. Before this app it just wasn't feasible for us to create or sell merchandise, now we have a full line & one more avenue of cash flow.

Great app, great printers. I’ve been using them for over a year now. Great customer service. Fast turnaround. Quality prints on a good product every single time. Best POD provider I’ve worked with so far, and I’ve already been through a few. Product templates still needs some tweaking, there are still some glitches/bugs, but other than that no complaints.

Latest update: I updated my rating from 1 start to 2 stars because, after over a month, Printful was finally able to offer an acceptable solution to the problems I encountered with them. I will keep my original comment below for reference to help you understand why I cannot give it a better rating. I used to love this app (been using it since 2015) but I had two problems regarding a large order for which I paid around $900 - one about the invoice they sent, the second about the fact that I never received the actual order. Not only did they refuse to reship or refund the order but they added insult to injury to refuse to file a dispute with the shipping company that lost the package. In the process, they also suggested I illegally falsify an invoice because "it might cause issues with accounting". Like, it didn't cause issues for my company. So, they do NOT take responsibility for what they send and just politely refuse to fix anything. I personally will not use their service again. Edit following reply from Printful: I have everything in writing and you did suggest I illegally falsify the invoice. You certainly didn't say it was illegal to do that but suggesting I modify the information myself on an invoice that I did not issue is illegal. Furthermore, you refused to file a dispute with the carrier regarding the lost package that was most likely stolen. I would have been open to repay for shipping but you kept on suggesting I re-order $900 worth of merchandise. I was certainly not going to do that after this mess. For the invoice, I repeatedly mentioned that the mistake was mine from the beginning and alerted you as soon as I received it but I encountered the same situation with another printing company in the same week and they fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Regarding the shipping of the actual products, you didn't take any responsibility for the fact that I never received it. I contacted the shipping company countless times and their only answer was that the expeditor (you) had to file a dispute which, again, you refused to file leaving me with no t-shirts for the opening of my client's shop and with a $900 hole in the bank. I've been talking with you for over a month about this problem via e-mail and was waiting to write a review to leave you plenty of time to do the right thing. This reply to try to save your image in this product review page is another insult. This is deplorable.

Very seamless integration with shopify. It allows me to post products super fast to my shop. The products even come with multiple mock-up options that other places lack.

It works well, nothing else to say. Just a good application. Have to add more words for the limit but it really doesn't need it. It's good.

So happy that Printful exists! I sometimes have issues with the way the colors turn out when I receive my clothing (colors don't always match my designs), but otherwise, Printful's products and support team are super lovely :)

I hesitated to do youth shirts because they are 50% more expensive than adult blanks. I went with Printful because they had Bella 3001 Y shirts and I put up two designs to test. While my other POD manages to print designs on Bella heather blends just as well as they do on Bella solids, Printful's looked like total crap. My customer bought the shirts for her daughter's birthday for her and her best friend to wear. Printful did offer a one-time courtesy refund - which declined - because it printed "as expected" according to their quality standards. Their bar must be pretty low. If other POD's can print the same design on the same blank in an adult version and have a great result then Printful just doesn't have an eye for quality.

Not only does it have such a great range of products, it also has an amazing range of mockups! I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a do-it-all print on demand provider.

Love this app, but I would really hope that you guys would step up and add a lot more " cool " products.

A customer ordered a simple pair of socks and a t-shirt. You guys managed to send them the wrong socks. Socks that aren't even my design!!!!!!!! I have never once created the graphic that is on the socks they showed me. Thank god I was already dropping you as a supplier.

Printful's app is much better than most of the other POD providers, and I have tried them all. I love how easy and logically Printfuls designer is set up, very easy to approach even for beginners.

Works as designed and is easy to use. Excellent addition to my store. (add more products to choose from!)

It's difficult to align with canva.com I have to resize everything, but the speed and delivery of the finished product to my store is outstanding.

Been using this app for more than a month. So far so good. I'm starting to get familiar and is fun to use. I hope Printful will bring in more cool items in the near future in order to keep in phase with the current streetwear trends, like oversize streetwear t-shirts, oversized berms/shorts. Also swim shorts, skateboard deck, etc :)
