I love how easy it is navigate, I would highly recommend this as an "Must Have" essential tool when starting!

Really good app, it sync instantly and and help you in every step, also very easy to understand and use. Also it allows you to make create a design or add new things to the one you upload

This app makes everything so streamline and simple! It integrates well with lots of other sites as well!

Disappointed I have grown more and more disappointed with Printful over the last few months. I previously had another store that I used this app for and for the most part I didn't have any issues however, I am currently the assistant on this current store using printful and have had so many problems with billing. We have been around and around in circles between Printful and Shopify however, we feel that the responses have not provided resolution. The items that have been ordered and received have have been of good quality. We hope we we can get a better resolution or we may have to find another company to work with.

If I could rate it any lower, I would. For starters, the price is insanely high. There are PLENTY of different POD apps that compete on all aspects. However, that is not my issue. I can deal with high prices and long shipping like Printful has yet one thing has pushed me to the edge. Their support has to be the worst support of any app on this site. I have sent emails to every support staff from Printful I can find. It has been over a WEEK of complete silence for an issue that is preventing me from even launching. Don't waste your time like I have and use another app.

Had Printful a while now and a handful of orders. Multiple times I've had issues with Incorrect Color, Incorrect Size, and Embroidery Issues. The lack of attention to detail is what is leading me to write this review.

I love the customization capabilities. Printful rocks! Everything works seamlessly with shopify, its what I needed and did not know.

App works great... The only limits that are set are on the Shopify side. I have a large store to fill and apparently on my Shopify plan they throttle you down, especially when pushing a lot of variants. If I get on a roll it will allow me to create about 100 products, which amounts to about 300 variants as well, before it stops me. Apparently there is an algorithm called the leaky bucket. When the "bucket" fills up with enough products and variants, it won't take anymore. It SLOWLY trickles out the products until there is room for more. If you don't wait long enough, it will fill up quickly. If you wait about a full day, it will be completely empty. UPDATE 10/6/20 - I down graded my review to a 3 star review...The wait time have become a serious issue. When COVID hit I had to spend every day trying to convince customers to patiently wait because orders were so backed up. It took up to a month and half to get a shirt printed and out. They eventually got it sorted out in about the end of August. Now, I am right back to the same situation. Long waits, products out of stock, and complaining customers. Some of my orders are approaching 1 month. Printful only counts business days, I guess to make the charts look better, but the rest of the world just counts days. Be prepared for long wait times and complaining customers.

I love it so far! I have been having a great experience. I am new to all of this but everything has been fairly simple to learn.

I love Printful! They are able to print on sleeves, backs, fronts, and labels. They are very responsive to my needs and if I have an issue, the support team has really improved on response times. I feel this is an app that you can rely on. They are professional and provide plenty of resources. It had been hard during COVID but I understand that the mail in general has been having difficulties not to mention supply chain problems across the country. I love the 3d leggings feature and the updates they have currently made to the app. It makes styling easier and more intuitive. They provide print files, which is also a win, instead of a generalized dimensions. It is once that they have their own printers and not using a wide range of companies. I also love the fact that they provide ratings on products and pictures of print quality so you can really feel confident in their abilities. It is probably the best POD out there at this time. My shirts have been beautiful and clear and deep color print. I'm very grateful that I am using Printful and that they strive to improve and add additional products often. I even switched all my shirts over from another POD to them since I have more faith in their abilities and they deserve all 5 stars they receive.

The integration is great. Definitely upgrade your Shopify account to enable live rates but overall, this is an outstanding integration from top to bottom.

Printful what are you doing? limiting the mockup generator based on number of orders per month, this is an extreme detrimental for new stores. Example: if a store creates a few unisex products they won't be able to display a flat mockup, female mockup and male mockup to display the product???? This is a bad idea, please explain your reasoning.

The integration with Printful and Shopify is very seamless. It's able to create products effortlessly and upload them to your Shopify store automatically.

I used this to make my products have a more professional layout and make the overall shopping experience easier. I create my own unique designs and have the ability to share them around the world.

i cant connect the app with shopify account, my design are all gone. I cant install it again, i need to use another app

We couldn't have launched our brand and so quickly without Printful and this app. They've simplified what can be a really complicated process from end to end. Hands down a great app!

Printful is mostly a great and easy way to upload art and put it on shirts. I have had some issues with print quality, and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Other than that, like I said, it's mostly a great thing to use.

Printful is the best Print-On-Demand app I have discovered so far. Its ease and simplicity of use are remarkable. That's why I stick to it. I recommend Printful to all new Print-On-Demand designers.
