I used Printful to quickly turn my t-shirt designs into real products. I just got started and already loving seeing my shirts on customers. Thanks Printful for making this Shopify app so easy to use.

I would not recommend Printful. On my first three test orders there was a problem with every single one. The first hoodie I ordered had the stitching at the seams coming undone as soon as I pulled it out of the package. The second order was an embroidered beanie. It was supposed to be a fish and the stitching went well outside the outline of the fish even though the mockup clearly looked just fine. The third problem was with two different sizes of the exact same hoodie. Both hoodies had the exact same designs on them but when they arrived only one hoodie had the correct color gold text , white the other somehow had white text...I don't even know how they could screw that up when the mockup was clearly fine. Additionally it takes them way too long to print. I made a small order on 10/12/2020 and it took them 14 days to print it! That is absurd! The only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star was the fact that they refunded me my money for the first order. I didn't even say anything about the second order and I just submitted a complaint about the 3rd order so we will se how that goes. I highly recommend that you use SPOD instead. Their prices are better, they guarantee 48 hour fulfilment, and honestly I think the quality is much better. I made a test order 12 FULL DAYS after a printful order and they both arrived at my doorstep on the exact same day!

Terrible company! They can't even tell you when a customer's order will ship! I have never heard of a company not knowing their ship times. I specifically asked a chat rep today if a customer places an expedited shipping, how long is it going to take to get to them; overnight, 2 day, etc.? Expedited can mean anything and they could NOT give me a straight answer, only an "educated guess." Are you serious? Does Printful just expect me to tell my customer, "Sorry I don't know when your order will get to you because Printful can't even tell me the shipping times." There website is awful too because I can't even get a straight answer on shipping from there either. There should be no reason why an order is placed on 10.19 and by 10.27 it's still in fulfillment. There pricing is ridiculous! $12-15 for a shirt. I want to keep my costs low and make profit, not have to charge my customers and arm and a leg for something that won't even get to them on time! I plan on removing this app from my shop as soon as I find another company. My customers deserve better and as a small business owner, this isn't it.

Update: 10/27/20 - issues with the automation persist with regard to inventory levels. Only fix for the conditional logic appears to be scheduled to roll out 1st quarter 2021. Updated rating to reflect.

The print quality on the garments is really good. I also really like the turnaround time on printing and shipping.

Out of all of the POD sites, I find this one the most user friendly. I do wish you could create multiple products with one image at the same time but overall I like this app.

I've been using Printful for years now and so happy to see this app when I switched over to a shopify store! Great products, amazing customer service, and all my customers rave about the quality. Couldn't be happier!

Great connector. Makes creating new product and listing them super fast and easy. Would highly recommend.

All positive remarks about using Printful its very simple and easy to navigate for anyone that is a beginner within starting their small business.

From the high costs and low margins, to the poor quality of products that get switched up without notice or have crooked prints or fading prints, to the numerous complaints on their Facebook group and their ridiculous policies that only protect them and leave sellers hanging, I have removed them from my store completely and DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Printful is great - good product selection, almost seamless integration. I do wish however that the Latvian courier service would be quicker. I had a customer waiting for a month... I also wish my "product type" was syncing with Printful - doesn't seem to, so it adds an extra step for me. Not a trainsmash, but still. I would also really love for glassware to be added to the product catalogue :)

I used this app to help me to design matching personalized items. Set up is easy and a nice selection of templates.

I have been using this app for a long time so I found it very helpful and I could make a lot of t-shirts and other things, so why should not try it!

I like it! The alternative stuff is confusing. The price setting is confused. Otherwise good stuff overall

The App was deinstalled by itself after using it for 2 Month with more then 300 Products on my Shop. And after reinstalling ist everything is gone, the Products, the Orders and Invoices.

I use Printful more than any other drop shipping print on demand company. They are the most professional I have dealt with in this niche. The DTG printing is quality and looks professional. Their embroidery is also quality. Fulfilment times are usually for the most part pretty quick considering. Their mockup generator is top notch and super useful whether you are purchasing items or not. There is one thing I believe could be better. I wish the allowable print area was larger. For many of my designs, they may look to small on t-shirts. The max is 12"x16" which does limit my design capabilities often. I work with a print shop in town that does DTG prints up to 16"x22". I really wish Printful could give this allowance. Other than this no gripes at all. Top notch service.

Seamless integration. Love the automated out of stock functionality, a huge time saver when your store has a large range of products with multiple variations.

I have never set up a website or online store all by myself in my life. I'm sure there is a lot of programming and linking behind all of this. The set up is simple once you grasp what's going on. There are so many opportunities with this for creators! Thank you for opening the door!

I love how easy it is navigate, I would highly recommend this as an "Must Have" essential tool when starting!
