I primarily use this app to create all my T-shirts and other products. I love the personalized labels that is delivered with my product. I would be nice if the offered multiple colors for ALL products, especially the tote bags.

Printful has been instrumental in getting my online store up and running. It has been a fairly easy process. And the integration with Shopify has been seamless.

I love using the pattern tool, very helpful. I'm am able to use Printful for the bulk of product inventory.

I like how this app allows me to create designs directly inside the print area using the mockup generator and save as a zip file to use later

Every order Ive done has taken over a month to ship to customer.Very slow fulfillment process, but the website says shipping and production will only take 12 days.

2 stars because their products are of good quality. However, if you ever need personal assistance from them, you're better off talking to a brick wall. First off: Their design service is terrible. I needed a logo altered so it could be embroidered. After they were done with it, it was a completely different logo to a point where it wasn't even recognizable. I paid $35 for the service and got 2 completely different versions (contact me if you want to see the results). Then, a package got lost in the mail, after it took 2.5 months to get shipped (I get it, COVID took its toll on the logistics). The package never arrived, although DHL marked it as such. When inquiring about it and see if they could open a ticket/complaint with DHL, I was advised to talk to USPS (??) or place a new, manual order that I'd pay for myself. They wouldn't inquire at the carrier because their "current level of service" didn't allow for it. They were right. Their current level of service needs serious improvement. I've removed all products from my store and am in the process of switching to a local print shop that semi-integrates with Shopify. More work? Sure, but at least I get great service and can count on when I need it. Would NOT recommend.

Already ordered a couple of times. The items are ok, but for the quality to expensive. Unfortunately, when you pay and not receive the product, Printify has the worst customer care ever! First, after not receiving the parcel for a couple of months, I wrote them. No reply! Then I opened up the case via paypal, and suddenly Printful, out of nowhere was able to write me an e-mail. With the info, that they don't take care of not received packages and that it is not their problem if my customers or myself don't receive the product! And also, if I would not close the case via Paypal, they would close my account which they did. I wrote the post office and they clearly said that I as customer cannot claim a refund but Printful could have claimed the refund for the not delivered package! That's how they treat customers...

Going from a clothing store where I have done everything including printing, this simply takes the hard work out of it all. Every item that customers have purchased so far have been received with praise on the quality. I would love some more options available on Snapbacks and shorts but for now we are happy. The app itself made everything super easy, integration was user friendly. There wasn't really anything I dislike about this app currently.

I used this app for almost two years during which time it was getting worse and less competitive all the time. Pros: Good print quality Easy to use interface Fairly good selection of products Cons: Arbitrary and incoherent content policy Inconsistent and often slow turnaround times (even before Covid-19) Slow and mostly unhelpful customer service They are among the most expensive pod platforms

I use Printful to help me produce T-shirts for my new business. The Shopify integration makes it so easy to use, seamlessly. I have also used their customer service when I encountered an issue with a product. The experience was exceptional! Great app overall.

Printful has become the worse print on demand I use. I have been having issue after issue with them.

It just WORKS... I have tried almost all of them and Printful is hands down the most reliable, easy to use and best supported provider in the Shopify market. The process to connect the app to my shopify store was easy, creating the products is easy, pushing said products to my shopify store is easy. And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the process from customer purchase through production, shipping and delivery is seamless. Hands down there is no better service on Shopify. Side note, I also have a Wordpress store for a different brand that uses the Printful wordpress plugin, also excellent. Just a professional company with a well built solution. Thank you Printful.

They do a decent job. Turnaround time is spotty, lots of complaints from customers on orders not shipping past the 7 business day timeframe, only to be told items are "restocking" after I've confirmed they will ship on time. Spend more time dealing with unhappy customers and refunding orders than I'd like. Their customer service is lip service at best, and you get 3 different answers from 3 different people. Phasing out this manufacturer as fast as I can.

Having continual problems. Printful customer service for incorrect orders is non-existent. Very hard to manage with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hands down the best Printing Company in the business. I only use them for all of my printing needs. I am glad they are here

The integration between Printful and Shopify has saved us so much time and effort, not just in uploaded products, but creating artwork as well with the Mock-Up Generator. Makes life so much easier!
