So far so good! We're still working through the set up, but we're excited to see where this app takes us!

The setup was a little tricky. It took a while to get the app with the store. after the setup great!

The app works well as it is described. And very importantly, the support was prompt and very helpful!

This app is very useful for certain items that we sometimes sell on a pre order basis. The support team are very quick to respond to any questions.

App is great I've used it for years across a number of sites. Support is second to none, to the point the team helped me resolve issues with conflicting apps and went far above and beyond what was expected!!! A++++

The customer service is very responsive and helpful, so I plan to continue to use the app and add more products soon

I ran out of stock over Christmas and had to salvage my promotions. It was super easy to implement and sorted out a huge problem for me. Can't recommend this app highly enough. Great app. Thanks

Good app but I can't find how to cancel my subscription, as I want to end it today. Find this very very disappointing.

Customer service responds fast but takes too long to fix any issue you have. No matter if you are in the middle of Xmas Sale and losing thousands of dollars per day. They will tell you that your problem can´t be fixed now. it will take 24 hours minimum.

I tried another app first, and it just didn't work. Installation was impossible. Deleted that and tried this which was actually my second choice. It should have been my first. This app is simply outstanding. Its interface is simple to use. All the options are customizable, which is something that the developers do not do a good job of promoting. If you want the pre-order button to be in Spanish (my case) or to say something other than pre-order, you can do that. Simple to install, simple to uninstall, it literally saved us this Holiday season when we had some issues with delayed deliveries from our overseas suppliers. If you're looking for an app that allows you to do pre-orders, stop looking and install this app.

Figuring out how to set up preorders was super easy with this app. I had my shop ready for pre-orders within minutes. I highly recommend using this app if you want to save time and money

We ran into some delayed inventory due to COVID which caused a lot of out of stock issues right before BFCM. We we able to install this app and save thousands of dollars of sales that we would have otherwise lost. There are a couple of set up items that you have to make sure are correct, but the support team was very helpful and the issues were resolved quickly. Great app!

I am still on the first week free trial, so far so good. The app does what it's supposed to do and customer support is very good

Excellent app. Adding Pre-Orders to our site has massively increased our direct sales. We make all our product ourselves, so being able to sell on 3 week pre-orders instead of just having things not in stock has been a revelation! Nicely customizable, and fits very well with our site aesthetically and practically. Excellent, fast customer service (we gave up on other Pre-Order apps as the customer service was too slow), solving our issues and helping us to customise exactly as we wanted. Would highly recommend, it's changed our business for the better! Update: I'd like to add that 6 months after installing this app, we're still extremely happy with it! It's considerably increased our sales, and helped us deal with a very busy period. It's also very easy to use and customise how you want. Today I had an issue with the app (my fault), and once again, the customer support was excellent and it was resolved almost instantly - thank you!

The free-trail worked fine. I'm trying out the paid trail now. I will update you on the results. So far good!

The app has gone down and all my pre-orders are in chaos...no communication or warning...it was working so well, whats happened?

So far I'm really liking it, it's a bit confusing and slow to set up but it's doing what I need it to do.

It was easy to use. I was able to set up quickly and easily with no issues, I am excited and cannot wait to start getting orders in.

We have over 4000 skus constant flux of inventory and this app is essential to customer service. Works well and dev is very responsive. Great to work with. Takes thought to get most of it but powerful app. Update, Now 50k skus and app dev helped with css on mobile wouldn't be without it, works really well. Update2: Change to App now injecting code into cart template and screwing up prices on my theme......almost at the stage of deinstalling it, but support made a mod for my store!!!! Awesome support!!!
