I got the plan Shopify Basic, that it suppose to have what I need, it says Unlimited Pre Order Products, but when I tried to add the second pre-order product it asked me to upgrade my plan, I waste all my morning setting this up for nothing, thanks guys.

Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

Waiting to launch our store. Will update review after first sale. So far, very easy to use and navigate. *Update on 2/15/21: Its been a few weeks since downloading the app. There was an issue with the first theme so we changed it and everything worked fine, at first. Set up was pretty simple and everything worked great. Until the first time an item sold out and pre-order was "active" for that product. The "Pre-Order" banner on the product will not show up, the "Pre-Order" button does not show up, it did not notify the customer at checkout of the pre-order status, and did not reflect it in the email. A second order was later placed with 2 of an item, when we had 1 in stock. It never notified the customer that 1 item was pre-order. My wife and I have attempted to contact the company by email and have left 3 voicemail messages in the last 6 days, each time the claim they will respond within 24 hours and never have. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service. If the issue is fixed, I will update the review and reflect the changes. If not, we will be canceling and requesting a refund as they have not delivered what was advertised and promised with the product. I hope you have better luck than we have. **Update: Customer service fixed the issue promptly after our last request. We appreciate making it right and function as advertised.

You really can't apply the preorder button to one variant of a product? You have to apply it top all the variants? Even if you if all but 1 variant is available?? Update : Looks like they have fixed this issue so I updated my rating.

Great product for managing out of stock items to facilitate pre-orders. Just wish they would have the ability to select by either product type or collection. It seems to be either all products or enter every product you want on pre-order manually.

We recently upgraded our online store to a new theme and in doing so our drop down menu kept freezing on us and our customers, big problem! The team that supports this app have been amongst the very best I have experienced in my years as a long time store owner. And not only have they been responsive, the app works as described. Installed the App 1 hour ago, had some issues due to some code changes that we had done to our theme. They replied our email within 15 minutes, edited the code on our theme so that the issue was fixed within 20 mins. Absolutely amazing service, and we are on the free trial, we are signing up for the subcription now just on the customer service alone, the app also looks great on our site.

I wish I had found this app sooner than I did. It solves so many problems for us. I chose this app over others similar to it for the additional features it offers, and based on the numerous excellent reviews about customer support. I contacted support for an issue about the theme and the automatic switch from 'Add to Cart' to 'Pre-order now', which wasn't initially displaying correctly. The issue was solved within hours, on the very same afternoon that the query was submitted. I would definitely recommend this app to any business looking for an alternative to the 'Out of Stock' label. UPDATE: the support that has been offered on an ongoing basis (when the odd issue has cropped up here and there) has been excellent. I really cannot fault this app and the support service that goes with it! Thank you.

I just download the app so I can't give a review!! but I can't figure out how to set up the Preorder botton, It never shows only shows add to the cart!!
