Not too hard to use once you get the hang of it. Had to watch the video to get a better understanding of how to set it up.

Huge life saver!!!! Sitting dormant while waiting for inventory was a huge issue. Now money can keep flowing and we can forecast inventory better.

It's a good app to help my business, so my customer could choose pre-order for the next order. It's a simply way to make my business more flexible.

I am currently using the app to sell pre-orders at a discount. At first, I had issue getting the discounts applied to multiple quantities. It would only apply to one order. So I reached out to customer service, and in the matter of 12 hours they had it fixed and running smoothly. The support team even went into my store and adjusted the settings to make my store run smoother. I can't recommend them enough!

Awesome app with great functions. Helped us a lot to manage the complete pre-order process. Installed it and worked like a charm.

Plugin adds great functionality to the site and turns a typical "SOLD OUT" into an interesting opportunity for customers. The problem comes from when they put out an update. This happens every few months, and when it does, all of my settings vanish. The site starts making all orders look like pre-orders. The Pre-Order banners on my item images disappear. I have to do all of my initial setup all over again. This is beyond frustrating. I can't babysit my website like this and by the time that I catch it when this happens, it's already caused a problem with a customer. Seems like something that could be fixed easily. Would be great if I were notified about an update before it took effect and gave me the option of doing it or not, or at least sent out an email about it, or at the very least, DON'T CHANGE MY SETTINGS.

Pre Order Now has saved us tremendous time in scaling our business and has solid support. Thank you!

So Far so good setting this up. Really want to see how this works for us and hopefully will generate great sales whilst we are waiting for the stock
