good but not so great. Some features like pre order button on collection pages are not working. Overall experience is not good.

This app helps a lot ,especially now with items being out of stock. There were a couple display issues ,but Nicoz, a customer service rep, was super helpful and fast to respond!

Love it - the only one I found that allows pre-order on specific products based on if shopify is checked 'continue to sell' - works great for us.

This app was pretty easy to use for my pre-orders. I had to re-read through everything a few times (and make sure you mark your products that you HAVE inventory). But I got 70+ pre-orders with this app and never needed to contact support.

Used this app to add a pre-order button on one of products. It was extremely easy/simple unlike other apps.

I like that this app was a easy set up. Any problems I had, the instructions explain it well enough for me to fix the problem. Just waiting to see if preorders really work! :) If it does, I'll be back to update!

Great App! Allows customer to know the item is on preorder, even if they don't read the description. Theme animations don't apply i think.

Exactly what I needed! I have so much custom code on my site (including custom add to cart buttons), that I was concern whether this would look wonky, but it looks absolutely perfect without needing to get our developer involved. The support team was available right away to answer some set up questions I had. Highly recommend. __________________________________________ Adding an update since we've now been using the app for a few months. This has been a game changer for us, and I'm so so glad I installed it. With all the supply chain issues we've been dealing with, it allows us to continue to sell backordered items and avoid losing out on sales when we go out of stock. I had an issue today that required the team at Website On-Demand to do a custom adjustment to my theme so that we could get the pre-order button displayed in our collection pages, and they got it done within a few minutes. I am so impressed, I wish my web developer was this quick haha.

So far I haven't experienced anything bad with the app. It enables us to take the cap off our sales and take in as many orders as possible. Only downside is that it doesn't integrate well with certain themes. We use the "Venture" theme and if customers order the product on the home page, they won't be aware that their product is on pre-order when checking out. Also waiting for integration with other sales channels. If customers order from Instagram or Amazon they won't be aware their product is on pre-order and have to manually email each individual customer.

Very good app even without the paid subscription. The setup is simple and anyone would be able to set this up.

Nicoz helps me out on every step to set up the pre-order & the stock limit. He is very helpful & now the things are working excellent.

App is outdated and has too many bugs now. This use to be the best Pre-order app out there but many other apps have caught up and have more features for less price. It's unfortunate as we have been using this app for a year and tried to stick with them but they have been unable to fix our issues. They blame other apps for the bugs but we haven't added anything since the bugs started. Another frustrating issue is your settings get changed everytime you revisit the app. You have to change back all your settings. Super annoying and not efficient for any business. We were paying for the $30 a month subscription plus the $$$ emails and it wouldn't always work. We now have found a better app for only $10 a month and a lot more features on top of what this app had to offer. Changes need to be made asap.

Works great! I have a ton of variants, wish there were a way to bulk edit. Or have multiple settings options.

This is my second time using the app and it's really easy to install and configure. I like that it is easy to customise

So far so good. My only feedback is the pre-order button and banner are a little laggy when the page is loading. so i shows an "add to cart" button for a few seconds or you have to refresh the page. I also wonder will this integrate with the facebook and instagram store. if i can continue selling even though im out of stock will orders from those place be a pre-order.

I installed this app to help get orders for new lines that are released by the manufacturer and for out of stock items. Orders are starting to come in already, after only a few days! Pretty easy to install and set up. Great app. Great follow up customer service!

I am new to the app and find it very easy to use and what I needed to drive sales for stock landing soon as my web site prior said sold out on 80% of our range. It would be good to tick and bulk select single products instead of doing one at a time though.
