These guys have the best customer support. They went above and beyond to help us get the button to work with our custom theme. Would highly recommend them. If you are looking to allow your customers to pre-order items, this is the solution.

The app has the features we were looking for that some other pre-order apps did not have. We did have an issue with the code of the app conflicting with our store theme, causing shopping cart issues in Safari. However, the support staff resolved the coding issue even faster than I expected (within an hour of submitting a troubleshooting request). Excellent service definitely rates 5 stars!

We use this app when we sell out of a product. This allows for better merchandising while keeping our store's sales consistent. Previously we use to have to close the shop while waiting for restocking but this app has kept us going! Love it.

I am using this app to introduce new product line for the the Pre-Black Friday Sale! Simple to use and includes a step-by-step tutorial. You are in control of how long it runs and emails sent to customers reminding of pre-order items.

Unfortunately the app breaks a lot, which ends up costing me a lot of money. For instance, right now every product on my site has had the "add to cart" button changed to the "preorder now" button. I don't even use "preorder" for my button, it's suppose to say backorder. All of my customers now think I'm out of stock on everything. My sales over the few days have dropped over 95%. This is not the first time this has happened. There have been other issues as well, with setting just changing on their own. It's not a reliable app. I was really loving it, but I'm thinking it's not worth the headache. The support guys have been great, but you don't get answers right away and they definitely aren't going to reimburse me for all of the money they've cost me for trusting their app. First Review - We sell a lot of backordered items and this app helps a lot. Letting customers know that the product they want is a backorder item. Notifying a customer when they have both backordered and ready to ship products in the same cart is also a great feature. Plus it auto-tags the orders, so you can easily find what orders have backordered items. I'm enjoying the app so far.

Functionality appears comprehensive. However, the app is so volatile it's currently unusable as it constantly crashes or doesn't load. Let me know if you fix it as I'm keen to use it and happy to revise score. UPDATE 4/10: Retesting and using now. Working well so far. Issues seem to have been resolved.

There is one outstanding feature in this app compared to the competitors, is customer support. We broadcasted questions through email before using these Apps in the marketplace and only received a reply from this app. While using this app, they responded promptly to our questions and help us enhance our requirements in a very short time. There are a few things that are good to have in the future: We can batch marking the products in preorder instead of enabling them one by one. This will speed up the process. Besides, showing a discounted price on the items on the collection page is a great feature too!

I've used this app more than once and its brilliant. Easy to use, very quick turnaround when I have questions. Very user and customer friendly. Highly recommended

We are still new to the app, and are using its basic service at the moment, but we've been happy with it so far. There were a few difficulties at first setting up the app, but the support team has been prompt, helpful and thorough when we've needed assistance.

The app has been very user friendly, I have been able to navigate it on my own. I would recommend trying it out.
