Switched over from a different Pre-Order app to Timesact Pre-Order. We were able to quickly and easily create multiple custom templates and bulk import products without any trouble. We had some optimization issues that were quickly resolved and are very happy with the flexibility, ease of use, and customer service!

She was gracious with her time and helped me to become familiar with all of the tools that are available to me. This app's flexibility--both in terms of functionality and pricing--is just what I need to help market my new and existing products! June didn't try to sell me on any particular level of pricing. She simply gave me the information I need to make an informed decision on what's best for my business! She was quick to understand my needs and she made it easy for me to understand how to navigate, customize, and use the app. I'm excited to start using it!

Great app and great support! We installed a few others and found all the other solutions very limiting, where this one allows us to have multiple options like custom order, back order, and pre-order. During the initial setup we noticed a few issues where the content wasn't being displayed as expected, likely due to the niche theme we use, and their team was able to solve all our issues in like 20min.

Wanting to use this app to offer our customers Pre-order and Coming soon. The features offer us to contact our customers directly if they have registered interest as well as Pre-order options. We had some required customisation, which the support team of this app went above and beyond with. So far so good!

I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. De app werkt heel goed en is makkelijk in gebruik. Ik had één issue (wat overigens van te voren werd aangegeven als opmerking). Ik kon dus gericht contact opnemen met het supportteam om mij te helpen. Ik kreeg binnen 5 minuten reactie en alles was geregeld binnen een half uur. Heel snelle support, super fijn!

I needed help today solving a Pre-Order listing issue. It took less than 1 minute to get someone on the Chat. Not 5 minutes later, my issue was resolved! Their Customer Service is amazing and will walk you through each steps. I've had this app for a few months. Extremely easy to setup the products, very well prices (comparing to other apps), and amazing Customer Service. Highly recommend you giving them a try!!!

Really helpful customer services over live chat – they helped me to set this app up correctly :) speedy too!

The Customer Service team has a great turn around time and is super helpful but the pricing on this app is deceptive. The app store price shows $6 for paid but really the app charges per the number of pre-paid orders. You are looking at $60 for 250 orders and you still need a front ender to style the buttons and text or it looks funky. The app does not hold payments so the majority of the features you can build yourself if you have dev support. If I had known the price upfront I would have looked for other options. When we ran out of the 10 free paid orders, the app immediately stopped working and I was scrambling with their UI to pay for the upgrade to not hurt any customer journeys.

The team at Timesact has gone above and beyond. June was very helpful with onboarding and troubleshooting. Very pleased with the app so far!

This app is great if you are looking to have pre-orders on your site and the customer service is excellent and very responsive and gives you real-time support. Great service!

This app is the easiest pre order app to use that I have tried! I got personalised help setting it up from start to finish from their online chat, which was a huge help. I would recommend this app to absolutely anyone.
