A large portion of my business is pre orders and this app has worked really well and support has been great.

Great customer service, easy & simple interface, and easy to use. I like how it is charging based on the number of pre-orders you need and can be canceled at any time when you don't need it anymore.

Listen up!!!! If you're looking for an easy to use, low-priced fast & friendly customer service, THIS IS IT!!!! If I could give the customer service a 10 I would!!! Most apps ask 30-40 dollars as a down payment. I wasn't sure I was going to get preorders, so this app was like heaven sent. Your first 10 orders are free!! This is amazing if you dont know how well your business or certain product will do yet. I didn't want to create more expenses than profit so that's why I choose for this app. But the customer service blew me away!!! Instead of starting to charge you immediately when you pass 10 orders (free plan), they contact you first to notify you that you need to upgrade. I am so so so so happy!! This is my go to app for preorders from now on. Client for liferssss!!!

The customer service has been amazing! Andrei has been quick to response and super helpful. He helped me set the app for my custom theme exactly as I wanted. So far everything looks perfect!

Fantastic app it was exactly what I needed for the e-commerce site I'm building. I'm not ready to launch exact number of product so pre order is essential. I needed help and they were very quick to respond when help is needed!

I used this app to allow customers to pre-order styles a month in advance with a discount. I have many apps integrated into my store and the badge / button needed to be manually entered. Andrei was incredibly responsive, worked quickly and got everything set up exactly as I wanted it to look! If you have any issues, please contact them- really they were great

I tried many other applications, but some didn't work with my theme and the others was complicated or missing some pre-ordering features, even my theme has the pre-order feature, but it wasn't that good. But this application has all features that the pre-order function must have, I was able to use it without theme compatibility issues, even the only feature that didn't work, the support team fixed it in a few minutes :). I recommend it.

Service is super fast and fixed my problem. Still testing out but seems very promising. Prices are very appropriate.

App works great. We often make items to order and this allows us to continue to sell through when stock runs out and gives customer a notice that it is being made to order with custom messaging. It's been an eye opener of how many customers are willing to pre-order items. Support has been helpful and always quick to respond to questions.

This app is very easy to use. It's nice and simple, not too complicated, and perfect if you are just starting to do preorders. Andrei is extremely responsive and will answer/solve your questions quickly.

I can't recommend this app enough. Its interface is intuitive and really easy to set up. It offers so much more than other apps in the market and is the best among those I have tried out so far. What impressed me the most is its world-class support and communication. There was an event that did not fit in the cart, but I contacted support and it was completed in a few minutes. I thought the level of support was very high. I was able to respond quickly to inquiries from Japanese sites.
