This app is incredibly easy and quick to set up, no need to understand code and no tricky option. I couldn't see initially the pre-order button and needed some cosmetic changes and Andrei helped me straight away and fixed everything, while still answering my other general questions regarding pre-order. So far, I'm truly amazing by this app!

Guy's I could not figure this app out, so instead of deleting the app, I got in touch with support and Andrei got in touch thru Instagram (cool) and walked me thru and it looks great. Thanks' Andrei

The app is very simple to use with clear settings and product variant filter, which I could not find on other apps which only filter on product instead of variants. The development team proactivity is excellent as they were able to provide support and resolve an issue in less than an hour. I strongly recommend this app

ENGLISH I decided to use this app to help us offer a larger variety of sizes. We manufacture swimwear and it is sometime difficult to guess which sizes are going to sell more, then we produce the most common sizes and we offer the remaining sizes on demand or Pre-order with a production delay of a few days. The idea is to offer the best customer service for the best customer satisfaction. The installation had some minor trouble but not even a minute after contacting the support desk, I was in touch with Andrei and Raluca and they assisted me during the setup and were really available at any moment, checking all the details and validating the installation step by step. I used this app to add a 'pre-order' feature as an option for my customers, and it also has a discount feature integrated that you can add for your customers who actually pre-order the product. I love how easy it was to use. It is a very intuitive app, that is also free for the first 15 products I believe. I highly recommend this app. I also love that their interface design completely blended with mine and one cannot tell that I am using an outside app.

i am using this app to manage my preorders and its really amazing, there was somthing that i didnt understant and i contacted the in app support, i got the answer within seconds, i find this app very useful

It's really simple to install and use. Andrei was there ready to answer all my questions and concerns. Great customer support.

Firstly, I have tried a few different apps to be able to offer pre-orders on my out of stock products and this is the first one I've found that works seamlessly! I had an issue with some leftover code from a previous app and Andrei fixed it for me instantly, I would highly recommend this app if you don't want to miss sales on out of stock products!

I tried many of the Pre-Order apps available and found Timesact to be the easiest to use. When I had a small complication getting it to integrate with Shogun, the Customer Service was exceptional. They were able to get the integration working in no time and the product works seamlessly. Highly recommend this app!

The app is very easy to configurate and very user-friendly. The support is very quick and there are not any issues when installed. I recomend it 100%. I have tried several apps and with Back in stock I have problem with this app both apps works. Otherwise, you can track alloreder with the tags in the orders and the user know excatly each moment is a pre-order.

Timesact meets our need for pre-order and their support is super fast in responding to questions and issues. Looking forward to see more features on their roadmap to become available.
