These guys are great! The app is simple to install and configure. I cant recommend Timesact enough! I had a small issue with one of the features not immediately working because my theme is custom... but Andrei had i working in a few minutes. The customer service is amazing! Andrei was able to help me with a couple minor formatting requests, and was very responsive to feature suggestions. Also, love the pricing. Full feature free plan for small businesses! I wish more apps did business this way.

Die Installation war schnell. Da es nicht direkt kompatibel mit meinem Theme hatte, habe ich den Support kontaktiert und innerhalb von Sekunden wurde mir geantwortet und direkt geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Das hat mir sehr geholfen. Auf Grund einer ungeplanten Werbeaktion musste die Integration schnell statt finden und durch den Support war das kein Problem. 5 Sterne für den tollen Support.

We were looking for an app that could optimize the Sales process when our Bestseller Product is out of stock and this app helps perfectly to do that. The Customer Service is amazing!!! Full disclosure that I am not able to use the app because of the specialized coding on my shop store. However, I'm giving this review 5 stars for the professionalism of Andrei, the developer. Andrei went above and beyond to troubleshoot my setup and try to enable the app to work on my store. Who puts in this kind of time at no cost? Andrei does! I'm hoping some day he creates a Word Press plugin that may fit my site better, but know he will dedicate time to work individually with all users to provide the best customer service possible.

I have been looking for a new pre-order app for a while, since I did not like the one I already used. I found Timesact and installed it to try it out, after installation there was a issue with pre-order was not active on my add to cart button on collections. I then contacted them, and with in a few hours they fixed the problem, and I have to say it's some of the best support I ever had. The app works perfectly, and they are up for feedback form users, if you have a good idea. Try it out you will not be disappointed!
