This is definitely the best pre-order app out there in the App Store. It lets you do everything you want to do and even customize the call-outs. Plus on top of it, their customer service is stellar. Shout out to Andrei! I would recommend installing this app for your pre-order needs without hesitation

We needed a quick solution for letting people know that certain items were pre-order and after trying several different apps that didn't work well, we found Timesact Discount Pre-Order and our experience has been PHENOMENAL. Since we have a custom theme, we required some assistance from the developer to integrate a few additional features and they responded IMMEDIATELY, ON A SUNDAY, and had fully implemented the additional features into our theme WITHIN A FEW HOURS! The developers behind this app are AMAZING and take help requests very seriously! This has been the best app experience I've had in over 5 years of using Shopify Plus. These guys are PROS! I like that the app is not over complicated. You don't need 200 sets of settings and features to provide a seamless pre-order experience for users. I like their simple approach to pre-orders. It's exactly what we needed and so far we're receiving significantly more pre-orders with this app than with the other methods we've used in the past. We've also seen customer complaints/cancellations go from about 30% on pre-orders to essentially zero. UPDATE: We'd noticed our "add to cart" button section was loading slow, and after speaking with Timesact support, they immediately looked into it and it turned out that the code from the old pre-order app (from a different developer) was still in there. Timesact actually fixed something that another uninstalled app had broken. They are an amazing developer to work with. I have never received such fast and excellent support in my entire life!

We use Timesact for displaying and processing our pre-orders. Apps are great, but it's their support that truly shines the light on their true worth. I have been blown away by Timesact's support! I sent a one line message to support and within a few hours, Andrei asked if he could get access to have a look in our admin. Then a couple of hours later, I had a video that explained why/how we'd messed things up and the easy solution to get it all good again. That is awesome support!

We are using this app in our jewelry shop, soulmate38.de, to give customers the opportunity to order pieces that first have to be produced for them. The app is easy to use and foremost, you get great and fast support if you face any issues!

Timesact and the customer support I received directly from Andrei were out of this world as we prepared our site prior to airing on "Shark Tank!" With the uncertainty of how soon we would run out of product, and how much traffic to expect from the airing, Andrei went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and would run smoothly when our stock ran out, per variant. Highly Recommended! We love this app, its awesome for Pre-Orders, Back Orders and Special order items. Best thing about it is your not paying the usual monthly subscription, only for use (products sold using the app) which is great for companies like ours. I tried a few Pre-Order apps before this one and I had several issues (one I couldn't even get to install). Timesact | Discount Pre-Order installed first try and integrated with my theme seamlessly! After a few months of use, I recently had a small issue and I requested assistance, I received an email response quickly and issue was resolved very quickly with minimal disruption to me or my business. The Icing on the cake - I have suggested and update due to some forthcoming changes with marketing and advertising, these changes have been noted and they are already working on an update!

Andrei was extremely helpful and provided effective service for us! The ability to customize this app based on your shop needs is extraordinary, and you will be guided along the way when you communicate via email. You will need to take some time to review all its capabilities, but quite productive overall!

The instructions on integrating this app to my shopify was easy to follow (very intuitive to use even for not-so-techy people like me). When I requested for support RE: badge activation on my products, they responded and took action quickly. This is a nifty tool especially for sellers who'd like some level of customization for their shopify pre-order app.
