Do the free onboarding session! They made this program so simple to use, and truly customized it to my exact needs and made sure I'm not overpaying for features I might not use. So far it's been really easy to integrate, I love how it helps keep communication so clear between my shop and customers so they know exactly what to expect with my pre-sale. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful and it was very thorough and they were able to go through my website and showed me pointers and tricks on how to apply certain features. Would definitely recommend.

The onboarding team was seamless and incredibly helpful to understand the extent of which I can use the app to boost sales for preorder and add notifications for out of office. I also like the ability to be flexible with the plan on an as needed basis.

My onboarding session with Jonathan was great. The onboarding feature is the reason I switched from one app to this one. It's so important to have the product walkthrough and have someone hear your specific questions, concerns and scenarios to reduce the time to learn the platform. Very good help articles as well.

I haven't used the app yet but I did my onboarding with Jonathon who explained everything to me. Sometimes, you just want someone to answer all your questions and concerns instead of trying to do everything yourself. Jonathon was a great help and I hope to talk with him again! Thank you Jonathon!!

Awesome customer support with setting up our pre-sales. Had a couple of small issues which were taken care of efficiently and we were up and running within 1-2 days.

I went viral all of a sudden and the onboarding talk chat was an absolute Life saver! I had no idea about this app, but I am so glad I found it and use it now. It is a complete timesaver with preorders and back in stock. The gentleman who explained everything was informative and showed me things I didn't know, and I can't wait to start using it monthly. So far, so good! This app has incredible features and it seems like they've thought of everything! I also love that the pricing structure is based off of how much use the app gets vs just paying for the service without actually knowing if you or your customer will utilize it. June was incredible on our call and was super sweet and patient with explaining all of the features of this software. I know I'll be well taken care of with the customer service team of this program! They've truly thought of everything!
