I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price. I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond. I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days. So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

SUPER HELPFUL I took a bit of time to have a look around the app before the on-boarding session and there were just some things that I just couldn't figure out, like how to add a second button "register interest". Buna ziua oameni buni, Folosim aplicația de peste o luna de zile și ne declaram pe deplin multumiți. Am încercat și alte aplicații dar nu se compara cu aceasta. In primul rând aplicația trimite și notificări cu produsele precomandă pe email clienților . Am avut un bug cu tema magazinului și a fost rezolvat de echipa intr-o ora. Jos pălăria! Țineți-o tot așa!

So far, absolutely amazing! 1 - We were able to create pre-orders within 10 minutes of installing the app. Very user-friendly and had all the features we needed. 2 - One feature wasn't working automatically (the pre-sale badge on product images) and after I emailed them, they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Congratulations on the customer service. It seems like this app works perfectly, at least the first impression is great.

While I'm just getting started with the app, my user experience so far has been Top Notch. The founder created a series of videos that I found on Youtube that provide great overviews of the different functionality of the app, with the right level of detail at every turn. In addition, the company offers an awesome (and free) onboarding session, led by professionals that know their stuff. I came prepared with several detailed questions and a few customizations/requests, and my rep delivered results by offering precise recommendations and action items.
