This was great session. June was amazing. I had missed three meetings and they was kind enough to reschedule again for me to understand the app. I think timesact is going be a great app for my store.

I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price. I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond. I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days. So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

Awesome onboarding with June and Jonathan, very helpful and clear about how to use the app. The app seems really intuitive, can't wait to use it for my pre-orders. Again, thank you June and Jonathan for your help, patience and kindness. Would totally recommend, at least trying, Timesact !

Functionality for what we are after is great - but the service that came with setting this up was FANTASTIC! 1:1 onboarding with June answered all my questions and more. Amazing customer support so far! 10/10 recommend.

They offer an onboarding call for everyone that downloads the app. I just had my call and it was super helpful. The staff is very kind and responsive! Highly recommend!

SUPER HELPFUL I took a bit of time to have a look around the app before the on-boarding session and there were just some things that I just couldn't figure out, like how to add a second button "register interest". We are having a few issues, but believe that it was something we did wrong on our end. Our support Rep. Miezty, was still willing to fix our issue, then coach me on how to avoid the same issue happening in the future. Very impressed with the level of support. Thank you Miezty!

Buna ziua oameni buni, Folosim aplicația de peste o luna de zile și ne declaram pe deplin multumiți. Am încercat și alte aplicații dar nu se compara cu aceasta. In primul rând aplicația trimite și notificări cu produsele precomandă pe email clienților . Am avut un bug cu tema magazinului și a fost rezolvat de echipa intr-o ora. Jos pălăria! Țineți-o tot așa!

The app is easy to use and very intuitive. The support team is awesome. And you only start paying after the first 10 concluded pre-orders.

So far, absolutely amazing! 1 - We were able to create pre-orders within 10 minutes of installing the app. Very user-friendly and had all the features we needed. 2 - One feature wasn't working automatically (the pre-sale badge on product images) and after I emailed them, they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Congratulations on the customer service. It seems like this app works perfectly, at least the first impression is great.

While I'm just getting started with the app, my user experience so far has been Top Notch. The founder created a series of videos that I found on Youtube that provide great overviews of the different functionality of the app, with the right level of detail at every turn. In addition, the company offers an awesome (and free) onboarding session, led by professionals that know their stuff. I came prepared with several detailed questions and a few customizations/requests, and my rep delivered results by offering precise recommendations and action items.

The app works amazingly. But more than that, their customer service is top of the line. Recommended 100%!!

Really clean & seamless platform and great onboarding process. This app is going to make our pre-order process much simpler and traceable. Definitely recommend :)
