The app glitches in the beginning and may have even cost me some sales. The rep stated the issue was from Shopify end. I dont know really. But they were deligent and got it resolved quickly. I was looking for a solution where you could offer customers both a pre-order and a 'notify me when back in stock' on a single product page. Plus it has both SMS and email options.
