App installation was fairly straight forward, however I needed assistance installing the embedded form on the product pages, so I contacted the support team. Perfect app for creating pre order offers! I use it on my custom theme, tried 3 other apps that didn't work, but this one was set up immediately! Together with notification - all working well!
