LOVE THIS APP!! customer service is great and very helpful. My customers love it! I will say it is a bit expensive and wish they had a better plan but the actual system is great!! super easy and friendly to use.

This is the first SMS app that we downloaded and it's extremely intuitive, preset templates are great and it integrates with apps we are using for free. Pricing is extremely reasonable for small businesses and the layout of the site is bright, easy to read and I love the fact that you can test texts first to see what they look like before sending and the opt-in pop up fits in on the site perfectly. It's all good. (So far. :)

If you want to grow your revenue, and the bottom line this is the SMS application to use. With BESPOKE White Glove style service, I can't speak higher of the PostScript Team. We use this on all of our e-commerce brands and projects.

We're expanding our use of the app and recently setup some new features. The support team is top notch, responsive, and helpful. Shannon in particular makes our day regularly with effective support, useful feedback, helpful tips, and more!

The Postscript team was very helpful and responsive throughout on-boarding and whenever I had questions regarding set-up or needed help troubleshooting. The platform was easy to use and effective once we were taught how to navigate it.

WE are just launching - so I can't review it from a profitability perspective yet. But the service in getting it set-up and functional is PHENOMENAL! I will update my review once we are actually up and running, but for now - I'm happy that getting this app is one thing I can check off my list without alot of pain and time. THANKS!!

While we are still new to using PostScript to drive our customer retention, growth, and education campaigns...the one thing that I can say is Postscript has AMAZING customer service. We needed to get our program up and running quickly and Shannon hopped on a video call with me and we walked through step by step best practices and simple ways to get the basics rolling quickly. They are a smaller team and very open to listening to suggestions, nimble at fixing any bugs, and really care about the success of your business. 5 stars!

Postscript has the BEST customer service. Shannon is amazing even with my endless questions! I even had some tricky ones for her but she never ceased to amaze me with her knowledge and service. I've seen the ROI and happy about that!

Very easy to use and so affordable. We're really impressed with Postscript and have been able to deepen our connection with our customers. Oh, and it has made us a bunch more money, so yeah. It's pretty awesome.

Adam did a great job introducing us to the platform. He spent all the time we needed to learn and has checked back in since. When we have a question, their support chat is on the ball! (Thank you Shannon!). More important is that our FIRST campaign, only 568 texts, gained us $1,200 in sales 75% of that within 2 hours of sending. Excited to have set up the abandon cart automation to see how it performs for BF! Excellent app, integrates with Klaviyo and Zendesk. Super easy to use and if you get stuck there is a ton of support at your fingertips. DO IT!

I was using a 3rd party marketing company and they installed postscript. It had some success but now I brought my marketing in-house and we're integrating this with Klaviyo. I love that Postscript and Klaviyo integrate together. I went into the app to remove someone from the list and chatted with Shannon who was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. Definitely recommend this app as we've had success in the past 4 months with Postscripts and have made sales using it. Now that we know it can integrate into Klaviyo I expect this to be even more successful.

I love this APP! I was looking for an SMS Marketing App to use with Shopify and this seemed to fit the bill. Once I installed it and got started I couldn't believe the ease of set up. The best part was Shannon my chat support. I have used many software programs and apps with horrible support which caused me to uninstall or delete. Thanks to Shannon and all her assistance, I got my first segment, automation and campaign up and running in no time at all. Worth it just for the chat support alone!

Great platform to connect with your customers 1:1. Extremely helpful and responsive customer service. I would recommend PostScript to anyone who is looking for a way to text their customers.

Great interface and features. You definitely need to be using SMS/MMS, otherwise you're leaving money on the table.

Love how easy it is to use and how detailed you are able to make segments. It was simple to get started and already generating revenue in under an hour!

The team and the product at Postscript are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, helpful, great at solving problems quickly and a pleasure to work with (look out for Adam, Sean and Shannon!) The customer service (shoutout to Shannon and Sean), replies in seconds and the founders are never above hopping on a call to troubleshoot an issue. SO excited to be working with this team!

Incredibly easy to navigate and use! I love the inclusion of photos/gifs and the ability to be flexible with what I send to my customers. It’s also cool that the app features a tool that lets you know if the message you’re sending is weak, moderate, or strong which I like a lot. I would like to see a way to make it to where the pop up repeats every time a customer comes to your site even if they minimized it the initial time they saw it. All in all, a great app!

Excellent customer service! Had a feature I wanted to have them implement on the app and they built it out and inserted in the same day! Great app, great customer service. They respond in seconds.

Hands down the best SMS platform on the market, Wouldn't trust anyone else with my SMS other than PostScript. Thanks guys!
