Just during the free trial period, we saw crazy growth with Postscript! It was a no brainer to upgrade our plan once it was over. I love how the app allows me to send picture messages w/o having to click on a link! It also tells the user who the message is from which is very helpful. I also like being able to receive messages from the customer & be able to respond to them through the app. Very happy with the app.

I am so happy with how easy this app was to setup and to use overall. SMS seemed a little overwhelming to me in general but I took the leap on the free trial and am happy I did. I wanted to use this app to better connect with my customers and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the popup feature used to text and respond to customers wasn't working. I quickly talked with Postscript's friendly support agents and I didn't have to do a thing and they handled everything effectively. I think that the only feature that they're missing and would take their app to the next level is a built-in store chat box and not rely allot on the popup. Thank again, 10/10 would recommend!
