App is absolutely amazing and Zev is really cool and helpful with questions. This app was referred to me by a current customer and after seeing the analytics and the income it generated for them, I had to take a shot at it. So far I am liking what I see. Will come back and update.

Great app to do text marketing! Fairly easy setup and great customer service! I do think it's a bit more expensive than other text platforms, but I think I prefer it because of the ease of use and the upfront pricing.

Postscript has been great so far! Their live support chat is very useful and Zev has been awesome helping me out with any questions that I may have!

Postscript is the best app out there. Flows & automations are top nodge and their customer service is the best. One of their customer reps- Shannon- has been particularly instrumental in helping us set up our text marketing/CX strategy. Would recommend this app to any fellow startup or larger business!

So far this app has exceeded our expectations. One thing is for sure, if you are new to Text-Opt in marketing, PS has a great tech support team to answer all your questions. Zev has been an amazing partner in this regard!! He is fast, courteous and sends the best gifs!!! I’ve been using postscript for about 2 months with great results. I’ve need help with support and the last time Shannon helped me and was AWESOME! There are plenty of companies out there that offer the same product but services is what separates them.

I am so pleased with the app and I am still using it as a trial. What I would like to discuss is how invested the customer service advocates are. Shannon and Zev have gone way beyond what I expected. They are dedicated in helping your business grow. They have given me such amazing suggestions that are working. I have numerous apps and this is the best customer service.

I have seen incredible return on Barn Chic Boutique's text marketing with Postscript, and I love the personal attention I received when doing the walk through. I also like that questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend Postscript and glad that Jane from Glow Group helped me get set up.

This app is amazing! I shopped around a little before deciding on an SMS app. I love the integration with Shopify and Klaviyo but I really love the customer service. They are quick and very helpful, I never feel like I'm bothering them.
