As an absolutely complete newbie, I am loving the app! Zev, the customer support guy was very friendly and fun to work with. I cannot wait to see the millions I will rack in with the abandon cart messages!

Postscript is responsible for the majority of our abandoned checkout revenue. So simple to use. And their team is incredible!!!!

I just started using this app on Monday and im impressed already. I only set up one campaign so far, but it's very easy to use. I also needed help with a product link and Zev was very helpful! He provided insight that product uploads take up to a day to sync with Postscript, but gave me an alternative to add the direct url link instead. And it still sends as a shortened link. Looking forward to continuing with them. 5 stars so far!

This is the best app I have on my store. I can't put into words the ease of use and how helpful this is to my marketing strategy. The automations are LIFE! I hope this app stays in Shopify forever.

Amazing app, even better support. Zev stayed on chat with me while I set it up, took all of a couple minutes, and we are already collecting subscribers. Jumped ship from another provider mostly for the segmentation and ease of use of the platform, which looks amazing. Nice app. Can't go wrong here.

Noticing great results with it already to be fair. However, i had some queries & decided that id reach out to customer support & they responded instantly & were nothing short of knowledgeable & helpful. Issue resolved super quickly, definitely recommend the app :)

Postscript is definitely the go-to app for SMS Marketing in my experience. It's perks seem greater than the rest.

Great app, lots of custom Shopify integrations that are big differentiators, and support is excellent too.

zev and shannon provide great customer support. still early on but liking it thus far. 13 more characters.

Great support team, they're quick to answer and help the best they can. Still relatively new to the app, it has more ecomm-focused features than other's I have used so that's a plus. I have hit some minor hiccups with tracking and features I'd love to see them implement, but from what I see and what they say they take feedback seriously so hoping to have those resolved / implemented!

Support is awesome, helped me step by step. Zac even set up some automation for me. Then explained them.

While posting my first campaign I ran into some problems. Zev was awesome and got it figured out right away. Amazing customer service!
