I changed to their new plan - "charge by usage" - like four days ago, to save some money because I didn't use SMS Marketing as much. I went from paying $50 a month, to being charged $987 in three days out of nowhere. I literally sent out two campaigns and have 511 subscribers. Before this, I used this app occasionally and it went well, but this was outrageous.

I used to LOVE this app, until they change their billing, I currently have only 400 sub on my list, I was paying $25 a month for 2500 credits, which was good for my growing business, I decided to try their free plan little did I know I'll be charged .15 for each text. Which is so unfair!!! I hate that I switch my plan. I'm going to find another provider that cares!! Not fair for growing businesses!!!!

Best SMS app + team on this planet and definitely in the Shopify ecosystem - could not recommend Postscript highly enough to other customers on Shopify! SMS really is one of the most critical channels if you want to grow and retain your customer base in Ecommerce right now

Shiny modern app but it does not sync well with Shopify and it is deceptive. They don't mention that "international" SMS is 10 times (yes TEN times) the cost of US SMS. It's not mentioned on their app listing nor on their pricing page, only hidden away in the documentation. By international it literally means any other country so if your store is strictly restircted to US you're better off with one of the other SMS apps.

Using the free version at this time and it's been great. Seeing positive conversions for both list growth and revenue. Igor was helpful in getting me off to a good start. Chat support has been good too.

What a great app to start with your SMS marketing. We had no issues during the installation. Setting up new SMS campaigns was very easy and straightforward. They have a ton of helpful resources on their website which is a big plus. We contacted customer service once as we had very specific questions and got a reply within 10 minutes. So far so good!

Just got introduced to postscript and I had maggie walk me through the basics for me she was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It was a smooth transition from the app I was using and I'm glad I switched over. Postscript is beginner friendly and I love it !

After testing so many SMS software, POSTSCRIPT is the king of them all. Don't even consider any other solution. These guys are the go to

I was skeptical transitioning over from another SMS Marketing platform I was using prior to joining Postscript. I moved over because the previous platform had continued to charge additional fees based on images or emojis, which wasn't addressed clearly. The onboarding team was attentive and very supportive during the learning and transition period. I find it fun to read the metrics based on the campaigns we sent out and the team continued to educate me on different methods of engaging with our customers via SMS. I recommend you work with Postscript as their prices are reasonable (NO HIDDEN FEES) and we delight in seeing the benefits of revenue streaming in from SMS campaigns.

great customer service and relations, easy to use, and very comparable or better price-wise than competitors.

Postscript is by far my highest-revenue generating channel aside from organic social media. It's super user-friendly and available at a great price. It also gives great insights for how much has been earned through campaigns and automations, customer LTV, acquisition rate, and more. I cannot recommend this app enough! I am looking forward to the day that a widget can be added to replace the email signups with SMS signups.

I received the best service by Meg.. she literally helped me set up my entire sms marketing plan ... very detailed , and informative with answering all my questions ... im so glad i was able to complete this task today ;) ..Meg def made it happen and i appreciate her for everything .

Faith was awesome!! She was so helpful and patient with me. Coming from a different app that wasn't working properly, and I was not getting much resolved, I had to find a new app and redo all my settings, and Faith really helped with that by sending me links, and voice messages/videos to explain. Really love this app! Has brought in close to 6 figures in sales through texts alone! Definitely worth the monthly subscription!! Customer support is always extremely helpful as well.

Postscript is #1 when it comes to SMS. From one-off campaigns to automation, you can't ask for more. The pricing is beyond reasonable and if you're starting out the templates are a game changer. Use Postscript you won't regret it. P.S. The Klaviyo to Postscript integration is super easy to set up for pop ups on your website as well.

PostScript is great for our SMS marketing and their customer support was really helpful and fast to resolve some billing issues that we had.
