Best SMS app in the game. The platform is super intuitive to use and customer support is always there when we need it and always gets whatever we need built out for our SMS campaigns and/or strategy built precisely how we want it!

Great platform and great support. Sometimes the UX can be a little clunky but nothing that can't be improved. Definitely a must-have for all stores.

Been using it for a year and its been very user friendly. I started out knowing nothing about SMS and learned tons through the CSM and Customer support team. They are very easy to work with and the response rate is almost instant.

Taylor was AWESOME!! She was a such big help and was quick to answer any questions I had with great knowledge all around! I have a lot on my plate and she helped put my worries at ease. Thank you Taylor!!

So far so good with Postscript! We are new to the platform and the onboarding and set up with Lauren and Shannon has been smooth sailing. Needed some quick attention to ensure my integration was set up completely and Taylor was all over it. Super helpful. Excited for more to come!

I love postscript It has really helped elevate my brand with staying in front of our customers. The customer service is on point and very helpful. Most campaigns that we have ran have been very successful.

Taylor, Meg, Faith, Jenny - Amazing Postscript team that takes support to the next level - making Postscript more powerful for us. They always have ideas and insight on how to grow. Love that the pricing is straightforward and no surprises. One thing I would like to see is more templates with proven flows and messages, and deeper segmentation options. There are pros and cons to any platform, yet Postscript gives us continual results.

This app is soooo impressive. The setup and help is amazing. My onboard team of Simon and Meagan were amazing. Always there to answer questions and kept me movin' forward on set up. I had a few technical questions and D and Faith answered me immediately through chat with perfect info. So friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Postscript!

What I love the most about Postscript SMS marketing is how quickly the team responds when I have questions to ask in the chat. There's no waiting time and they're super helpful. Even if you have questions on the weekends they get back to you first thing on monday via email.

Amazing Customer Service, I would recommend it to all the people new to SMS marketing. Setting up was very quick and Taylor from Customer Service was able to assists me. I highly recommend it.

I have used PS for a while now. I tried another app that had both email and SMS because of FOMO, but I'm back within a week. Their customer service is top notch. I am able to chat with a human and not a bot when I have questions.

A great alternative to Attentive or Klaviyo. Their support staff is fantastic! (Special shoutout to Taylor ).

Pros: the customer service team via support chat is great. Wait times are super fast and I have solved many problems with their help! I also love the product back in stock feature is one of the options rather than an entirely separate app. Also really like the updated automations that were written for us. Cons: A few more touch points during onboarding would have been good, and there's a few key metrics I feel are missing from analytics

Taylor in Customer Support is A-Mazing. Being a new user I was having trouble navigating but Taylor was quick to respond and assist me!!
