Just getting started with the app, but already excited for the capabilities it has. It's also refreshing to have a support team that's available quickly for trouble-shooting.

The app is great and the support is excellent. I was able to resolve a complicated issue within minutes and it felt like I was talking to a real human.

Great app. Good interface and customer support. Kind of weird I could not end free trial early to go ahead an upgrade though.

Great product - I love the integration; it really makes a big difference in sales and engagement; good value and user interface; and very, very helpful team. Hoping they integrate with more email platforms than Klaviyo, but for a good deal for Shopify SMS/MMS, it can't be beat!

This app is excellent! There's so many marketing tactics integrated into this app. They even offer classes to help you understand the power of sms marketing. Customer Service is also excellent. Had an issue with my QR code & Sylvia was extremely helpful in helping me solve my problem. She offered many tips & was very kind!

Postscript is such a well-thought out SMS platform! It's super simple to use and out of all of the SMS apps I considered, Postscript is the best. So far the app seems great! Was so easy to setup! And Shannon was amazing!! Even helped me by personalizing my welcome message. I'm impressed so far!! Would definately recommend!!

We've been really happy with our decision to go with PostScript. We researched a few other options and felt like they offered the greatest value for the features. It's super intuitive to use and the return on investment has been really impressive thus far!

I enjoyed the always quick and helpful responses from customer service : ) which is much needed since messaging across the app is often missing information and not very user friendly. Although it is a very simple tool, the setup, user flows, and UX needs the attention of a user-focused product manager. I also appreciate the payment structure and flexibility! This app provides simple SMS functions. It is not very robust or customizable, but it helps our business accomplish what we need and has helped us drive sales and retention. Again, the customer service has been exceptional. Without their support our company would have had to pass on investing in this app.

Just started using this app. The product is easy to use and has everything that I wanted in an SMS marketing service. The customer service is 10/10, smooth onboard process and they even helped with integration with other apps! Recommended.
