Fantastic app. When you install this it setup the most obvious sequences by itself and with minimum intervention it starts making you money right away. In top of that, the customer service team does an outstanding job and works very fast!

New to using Postscript and Sylvia has taken the time to explain all my questions and concerns not just through email but through screen recording. This has made it so much easier to understand the Postscript integration on my store! I really appreciate how responsive she's been, and have really enjoyed working with her thus far!

We have recently added Post Scripts to our shopify and not only has it been great from SMS, but they are truly very helpful! I was using the chat service and they were able to help right away. They didn't give up until all my questions were answered. It's a great service with an even better team. Thank you.

I wanted to try out texting since my email campaigns don't have a high open rate. Customer service has been fantastic - they do an onboarding call and have super fast and helpful people available on chat. Surprisingly robust segmenting available, with lots of ideas for marketing campaigns.

Taylor was swift and new exactly where to lead me with a wonderful screenshot.... I appreciate her swift response.

We really love our relationship with Postscript. They are supportive always, forward-thinking, resourceful and someone is always available to help even in the most hectic of times. We greatly appreciate our partnership and we know that our fans do too!!

I'm always impressed by the quality of the support team at PostScript. We recently added a second instance of PostScript to our second store and they were amazing at cloning all flows and keywords. This SMS app also has amazing results! Congrats to the team!

Best sms app ever! if you need help they respond extremely fast. You can also create really nice pop ups to build your sms list.

Just getting started with PS but our experience so far has been awesome. Set up was super easy and customer support is amazing. Platform is very user friendly and it sounds like they're working on a bunch of integrations at the moment. Stoked!

I absolutely love this app and its team. I saw this app suggested in a video and it was intriguing so I did the trial and then was impressed so I upgraded to the paid version. Easily the best marketing decision I've made thus far. I've gotten way more interaction and sales with PostScript than any other marketing app/tool I've tried thus far. When I needed help recently I went to use the live agent chat feature, and a wonderful lady by the name of Morgen assisted me by talking me through everything and literally making a video on the spot to show me how to use the features. NEVER have I ever had a support team go that far above what's required to make sure I completely understood everything I needed to know. All I can say is if you're not using this app then you're missing out on customer engagement, sales growth and a great team of people ready to help!

Love the App! Have been using for a few months now. I pay 300 per month but the ROI on each text, makes up no matter the cost!

Postscript removed themselves from our store without any notice (I had to ask customer service what was going on). Incredibly disrespectful to small business owners and I will not be recommending them due to their poor customer service and treatment of people who are seen as "other" and unimportant to them. They claim to be following the SHAFT guidelines on regulations for sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco, but there are actually different guidelines for how to treat companies in different industries depending on whether they are federally legal or not. Also, there is no definition to what terms like "sex" are (is it pornography? a vaginal health device? erotica? something else?) so Postscript can use SHAFT to offer their services based on their own definition of what's considered "sex" and what's considered "health".
