This app has SO many resources! You literally can NOT lose with Postscript. They have been prepping us on BFCM well in advance and I am happy about it! Also their customer service is top notch! Hey Bre! *Waves* All of their team goes above an beyond, one even made a Loom video for me to follow allow with for understanding with a previous issue! They ROCK.

I just downloaded this app and was set up within 5 minutes. Zev was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't keep up with how fast he was - never had better service. He had all campaigns set up, my pricing set up and everything set right away! Excited to see how the software works! Postscripts needs to have Zev teach other companies how to be sooooo effecient (his personality is hilarious too). Travis has been an amazing Account manager too!

First let me say I never write app reviews. Second I didn't want to even try text-marketing (they cold called me). But it was a free trial and people opt-in so I was like, why not....? HOWEVER now I am a big Postscript fan! The service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and general fun of the on-boarding specialist (Paris) has made me excited about using the program. I recently had a bad on-boarding experience with another app, so it has highlighted to me how excellent the service provided here was. Paris was patient, very careful in making sure I understand how everything works. I wish I could work with her forever. And, they are diligent about compliance. I highly recommend giving Postscript a try if you are looking for text marketing!

This app has changed my life and stuff. It's a great app and a great way to keep in touch with customers. I wouldn't choose any other app to protect and babysit my customers while I'm away. The support team has been amazing. I wish I could be their friend...but I know they have a job to do. Whoever made this software is a genius.

Great customer service, intuitive platform. Can be a bit on the pricey side but probably is the best all-around SMS platform if you want to do SMS marketing.

I absolutely love the customer service with this app. I came in only knowing that text marketing was the way to go. Every time I accessed chat, a rep was kind, quick with solving my problem, and made my day easier. There 30 day trial is perfect for seeing how quickly you can build your subscriber list. Although I don't use it Postcript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postcript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well.
