I'm gearing up for our product launch and wanted to make sure my SMS collection was setup properly. Ellie in Sales and Kyler in Support have been incredible in getting me set up and onboarded. They've been super great about turnaround as well with respect to my requests!

Just started using this app and it's been great so far. The account set up team has been super great about helping me get set up, offer suggestions, and answer any questions that I have.

Truly really appreciated the very quick and thorough help from Cailee as we continue setting up our SMS integration inside of Shopify. She helped with reviewing our account, providing videos with the information we needed, and followed up with tips on how to optimize our implementation even more. Thank you Cailee!!

Recently installed this app and the Customer Service I received from Michael was amazing! He quickly and efficiently helped me with aspects of the app set up I was confused on :)

I am loving this app so far! I've had it for just a few weeks and it's already paying for itself! Plus, the customer service is top notch. They were quick to respond and help me with questions I had.

I'mma just hit on the customer service aspect of this app... IT. IS. AMAZING! Michael helped me today and took all of .02 seconds to respond, was beyond helpful and KIND! When you are your own I.T. department help is what you are constantly seeking and the peeps over at Postscript come through EVERY time! 10 out 10 recommend for the customer service experience alone!

Love Postscript app. we have brought in over $100k in 9 months while using the application. Postscript team also hosts workshops to assist with maximizing app for profitability. However it is a little pricey when you need to add pictures or emojis

Intuitive and easy-to-use platform. Customer Service has been A+, I have had nothing but good experiences with them as I learn the platform. Professional, authentic and knowledgeable.

The app was super easy to install and get started. Setting up keywords for customers to send back to choose their own adventure make it feel real and not a robot. Abandon cart triggers are a HUGE win. And if keywords aren't enough you can get personal, responding directly to them through the postscript app!

Switched from another program and the customer service is amazing! I've had to contact customer service twice with questions and BOTH times, service was excellent! Highly recommend!

So far so good! We are seeing revenue immediately to be honest even though we haven't implemented many automations or campaigns yet. I had a hiccup getting my automations working and their customer service was amazing. Michael (who is also now a fan of our brand!) was a pleasure to work with, somehow made it fun, and solved our problem. He was attentive, kind, and a great problem solver. I know that even if I have an issue with the program, help is around the corner all via an easy to use and quick chat service. Definitely recommend!

I am a returning customer. When i initially signed up i wasn't the person running marketing for my company. now that i am i needed a system that was easy to use and understand. I spoke with mike in sales he encouraged me and made me feel like i could do this on my own and he was right. Then when i needed help i spoke with taylor via chat and he was amazing. October 6, 2021 update to my 5 star review SO no that I am months in...where is the 6th star???? I have moved up to the highest plan because the more I found out about the automations and segmentations, I needed more. BONUS: You get a dedicated advisor, mines is Travis and he is amazing. We are a team that keeps my companies goals on track and his innovative tactics are just what I needed. I know my brand and customers, he knows PostScripts and together, its a win win. I have not used the app yet, but my customer service experience during set up was impeccable. Shannon helped me and was so instrumental in getting me the look and feel that I wanted, even taking the time to format a gif for me...THAT to me...made me want to stick around and grow with this company

Postscript is such a seamless SMS marketing platform. It has really been a marketing channel that has changed the game for our business, we've been able to connect with customers on an intimate level. Their team is incredible, Travis has been such a great help and amazing to work with!

Their chat support is A++. I was able to get help relatively quickly, and they answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Got help especailly from Kyler and she has been super helpful! All I can ask for is a mobile app so we can check notifcations and answer people quickly but other than that this app is great
