Ship, Rate and Track for FedEx is a solid Shopify app that allows me to ship FedEx One Rate and have access to my company's negotiated shipping rates. The app works as expected and the customer service stands out. Jon was responsive and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for more.

Great app with amazing customer support. Their entire support team is on top of everything and very fast to respond! This app allows our customers to get live fed ex shipping rates which we needed! We can also print shipping labels and so much more. I spoke to a few different people and everyone has been super nice and helped with getting us all setup! Thank you again and keep up the good work!

Once everything is set up, which does not take long at all, the app helps to make the switch to using FedEx on Shopify pretty simple. The team at Pluginhive is quick to respond to any questions, and contacted us almost immediately to set up an onboarding call to go over the details of using the app. Very impressed so far!

The app is a lifesaver. The developers are very quick to respond and helpful with resolutions. I initially rated it four stars due to my confusion with generating a specific type of label for my whiskey company, but Addina was a rock star and helped me resolve my issues live step-by-step for over an hour. I would like to say this is one of the best customer service I've had for any plugin I've downloaded in my digital career. Every time we have a question or something not working as we would like, there's someone at PlugIn Hive to help us. They are always an email or zoom call away. The app works perfectly. I had some issues that related mostly to not knowing how to use it properly and requested some technical assistance, which was was impressive.

We had to go through some tests and adjustments to get things going, but the team was very responsive and helpful along the way. I definitely recommend the app!

Excellent Customer Service! App can be a little tricky to understand/implement at first but customer service responds to emails quickly and gives detailed steps & screencast videos to help you figure things out easily.

This app is very useful! Labels are generated within a minute. If there is trouble, assistants are immediately on the line to help. Great job!

App worked great and support was great to get us up and running fast. Unfortunately, we ended up going with UPS. If we ever switch to Fedex we will definitely use this app though.

Customer service is A++. I have installed many apps and have never experienced support quite like that of this app. They really wanted to make sure I was set up for success and Jon immediately scheduled a zoom meeting to take me through all the steps and make sure it was doing what I needed. Lastly, what a pain if you can't print labels! This app saved us with the ability to print Fedex labels and does exactly what it advertises. Thanks so much!

The support team is super friendly and helpful. They reply quickly and always answer questions or fix any problem we may have. The app is really easy to use and we are able to generate as many labels as we need in a matter of seconds.

The support of this team has been absolutely phenomenal. They have helped me every step of the way, very prompt to respond and they were even willing to jump on a Zoom call to help explain things further. If you are using Fedex shipping, this App is a must!

So far, amazing. The customer support and zoom/google meet calls have been a huge help. The only thing we need added to this app is to generate labels for a multiple package shipment.

we were having trouble with shopify as they do not allow us to use our own shipping account, sure enough down loading this app fixed it. once we were set up to print labels they even hopped on a zoom meeting and helped us configure the site so shipping rates were properly routed through our account instead of shopify's backwards shipping system. Last but not least I want to thank Prathyusha for her patientce and expedience in helping me get my site properly configured. :)

Their customer service is 5 star, the app is 4 star. I find it to work generally as I expect it to. Anytime I run into an issue, though, their support is friendly and can usually assist in fixing the problem.
