I looked long and hard for an app or service that could compute accurate shipping rates and found this one. So far so good - no more padding out rates by 30% to account for home delivery + declared value + ASR! Support is very responsive.

I like this app because they have the features that we need in order to come up with shipping strategies. It's very useful and they have responsive customer support.

We've used PH for nearly 3 years now. Everything has worked decently until a month ago when Shopify changed the way the report tracking numbers. Prior, Shopify would display a master tracking number if the order had multiple boxes. The customer would get 1 communication from PH. Now, Shopify reports individual tracking numbers which causes a massive change to the order screen. Even worse, it triggers PH to send out multiple emails to the customer. So, in my case if a customer orders 18 boxes of one of my products, they'll get 18 emails that the product has shipped with individual tracking numbers. Then, 18 emails that the order was delivered. I contact PH, even video conference and they have no fix - was told 3 months to possibly have a fix. I contact Shopify+ support and they state it's the 3rd party's job to fix these issues. Will need to find an alternative now.

Very kind and helpful! He answered all our questions and was really patient with us. We would use the service again.

Had a wonderful walk through about the process start to finish. Was encouraged to contact support if I had questions with Fedex. Manohar was helpful in all my questions. Also very helpful to return as shipments increased.

Setting up was pretty easy by a representative that helped me. I will write another review after the first shipment has been sent out and delivered.

Integrated FedEx into Shopify well. So far so good. Support did a Zoom call to show me steps and make sure I knew how to process my orders correctly.

Sibi was super helpful. He hopped on Zoom and got my one rate connected in less than 20 min! I really found him helpful and the rates are correct on our store! The App was super easy to connect as well! than you!

We were able use FedEx one rate boxes with our account at the order checkout for fulfilling orders with this app

Shashi helped tremendously with helping explain the workflow of the app for our first shipment using the app. It was very easy and explained by him perfectly. This app makes shipping much easier for our store that requires special shipping. 3/31/2023 Manohar was a great help in fixing the issues we had with product sizing and box sizing set up. Great customer service as always!

Sibi was wonderful, quick and easy to deal with! The app PH Ship, Rate, Label is great and has provided us an easy way to ship and print labels. Definitely would recommend for many reason!

I had difficulties getting our FedEx rates to reflect the same on our website. Thanks to Manohar helping me fix the issue on a Zoom meeting, our store is showing the correct rates. Manohar provided rapid response and excellent customer service.

I initially had some issues trying to get my products integrated and figuring out how to ship manually, but after a Zoom call with Sibi, my troubles are behind me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and even walked me through a couple of different scenarios. Thanks for the help!

The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.
