Jon's support has been amazing. We are using the app to support SLA based shipping methods for FedEx from multiple warehouses and support generating return labels out of Shopify Admin. Works exactly for what we need it for and there is a ton more functionality we need to dive into in the future.

This app works great !!!! I like how helpful are the menus to setup your preferences and easy to follow. Additionally It is important to highlight that The Customer Support is fast and responsiveness with customer needs. This is the best for this app so I can trust and feel confident getting my FedEx Shipping Labels using this app. I would like to highlight how supportive is Addina from Customer Support, She was doing a great Job so I could move forward with this app. Well Done Addina !!!!!

I just installed the app for FedEx shipping and looks like it will help save on shipping. We have not completely setup all the functions but the setup help from Jon was awesome

This will help our business tremendously and cut down on time from manually entering labels. It was a little tricky trying to navigate the app on my own for the first time, but the tech team was extremely responsive to my questions and thorough with their answers. Great option for using FedEx shipping on a Basic Shopify plan. Tons of options and customization. No issues so far. A little complex, but their support is incredible (responds in less than an hour for the few questions we've had). Offering our Account rates to our customers automatically is great! No more needing to change shipping rates manually.

I've just started using this app and Keerthi from PluginHive helped me a ton during the on-boarding process. Everything is very clear and looks way more friendly to use with her guidance.

Just getting the app set up. Seems like it will be exactly what I need - to print FedEx labels directly from Shopify with my FedEx rates. Very good customer service.

After initial problems setting up the app and linking our companies FedEx account it is easy to use, love the autogenerate option makes printing labels fast and easy. Any issues customer service is fast and helpful and it's great that they can explain the solution to an issue it laymans terms to this tech challenged girl...lol!
