The onboarding process was, quick, easy and clear! Looking forward to using this solution for my e-commerce needs.

Responsive support team, but they can't get it to connect to FedEx Freight. I've gone back and forth with support but his app just doesn't work.

Sibi was beyond helpful. He was absolute fantastic and literally took an hour of his time, to walk me through the entire process of settting up PluginHive Ship Rate and Track. I feel so confident now in using this app because of Sibi. Thank you!!

Customer Service was fast and very helpful! The team makes using Fed-Ex which is not native to Shopify easy.

Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.

All worked good, The help understanding of the software went good also. Would recommend going a little slower from the standpoint of Tech. talking about how it all works & setting it up.

We have been very pleased with PH Ship Rate & Track. They are quick to reply to our requests and it is very easy to use. They were very helpful when we were just getting started as well.

We were using the app for some time and it was great until we started using several fulfillment locations. However, all pick-ups are done from the same place since it is an international shipment. Then we realized the app is messing up our inventory and the support team has no solution to that issue. Very disappointed that nobody from support even tried to offer some solution or workaround. We are currently looking for an alternative app.
