Great service and support from their team to understand the app

We've been using this app for a couple of years now and it has never let us down. It's easy to use, reliable and saves us a lot of time preparing UPS shipments.

This add-on app is very helpful in retrieving our shipping rates and generating shipping labels. Pluginhive's support is also top-notch and know their way around Shopify. Sibi in particular has been tremendous in his approach and I can't recommend them enough. John Dickinson

This is by far the best shipping automation app I have ever used. This app has allowed me to scale my company dramatically and efficiently over the past year since I have been using it. Not to mention their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Touseef has hopped on a zoom call with me several times within 5 minutes of my request to solve the problem. This level of support is VITAL to run an online fulfillment business of any kind. 11/10 !

Very good help from Sibi. he showed me how to connect the app to my carrier very smoothly. even taught me new things. The app is very simple and easy to use. Once you connect it to the carrier account you almost never need to use the carriers app again. PH multicarrier have everything: strongly recommend.

App works exactly as advertised and support was fast and helpful.

Superior support from Touseef and the PH team, very impressed. Super knowledgale both about the app itself but also about rules / best practices for info needed on e.g the commercial invoice and other external factors around shipping as well as settings within Shopify. Strongly recommend this app.

Sibi was extremely helpful! Easiest customer service I've ever experienced on Shopify :)

Customer service is exceptional. Manohar walked me through the entire setup process including setting up signature requirements, multi-package shipping estimates and insurance quotes at checkout.

The support representative was very helpful and went way above and beyond my expectations by helping me setup my store so I can make sure I am not undercharged or my customers overcharged. This app provides a service that you simply cannot match anywhere else and I highly recommend it. Their customer support is top notch.

Managed to set up UPS connection flawlessly. We received great help from support. Great overall experience, would recommend 100%. Were not able to set up RoyalMail due to technical issues on their end with unavailable API but still received a thorough walkthrough on how to bridge this problem for our future reference. Great service, onboarding is easy with their help. We were able to connect APC service very quickly.

I've been using this app for well over two years now and am very satisfied. I use it for shipping globally on both Canada Post and UPS. There have been a few hiccups or bugs over time but have always been impressed that someone is there on the other end of a support request email, even in their early morning hours half a world away. Well done.

We are using PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label since 2 years now only for UPS Shipping Labels. They had to fix the German "Umlaute" (Ö,Ä,Ü) for us because they were not showing up on the label correctly. After all I need to say that the support is really helpful, and the App is performing well in Chrome (we had issues using it in firefox).
