So far so good. But have not really had a chance to review yet. Just installed yesterday. Installation was easy and seems to be working so far. Based on 1 half day of use it would be nice if this app provided helpful analysis tools but the recording seem to be working well right now.

Pretty good for creating a great customer experience. Speaking of, its pretty crazy how difficult shopify makes it to leave a review. I mean 100 character limit, have to log in again despite being logged in somewhere else, its a mess really. This is a solid product though.

Very cool, but i tested it myself and it said I was in CA when im located in IL, so im not sure how accurate the tracking info is but the main feature is awesome!
