The best app to understand your customer actions. It's very easy to use and has simple and intuative navigation. Just like a good player.

Its fun to see what the user has been doing. This app replays it fully. Much easier to understand user behaviour compared to reading analytics. One problem I noticed was how my newsletter popup prevented some users from progressing. I wouldn't have figured it out that easily without this app.

I used this app to help me identify why I have consistent traffic to my site and a small number of people adding items to their cart, but I'm not converting any of these visitors into customers.
