great app for looking for problem and customer pathing, it would be great more info but its free so its great

i just installed this app i done few trials looks like all work like they are saying, my only concern and im wondering if they are recording wile the customer are putting personal details like bank card.

it is a great app for recording customer's visit to your website so you can define what customers are looking for.
