First time shopify user and this App really helped improve features of my store that I never would have thought of.

I used this app to help me identify why I have consistent traffic to my site and a small number of people adding items to their cart, but I'm not converting any of these visitors into customers.

The app is great, I could analyze customers' behavior in the store and implement improvements and reorganize.

I'm using the app to have a better insight of my customers. It's helping me understand my customers behavior and why I'm not making more conversions.

Some elements do not show but is acceptable as recordings clearly show cursor/tap on mobile devices.

What a utility made, simply amazing! Does exactly what it is for, no BSing around. Session recordings for you to leverage.

This app is so helpful. I am able to see where customers may be getting confused or uninterested in continuing and am now able to address those issues straight away. Such a helpful app in trying to solve the question of why people do not buy.

The most useful app I have ever come across on the Shopify app store. You can actually view your user's each move on your website. All the answers, or most of them, I have always wanted to know but have had no idea how to get. This is remarkable and will drastically shape my career, life and direction of effort I put into my store. A must have app and it is FREE. Thank you.

good app works well. would be good if it didn't put a random black box of page text on an angle, assuming this gets fixed I would highly recommend.

It's a pain to have to manually refresh the page in order to see the most recent sessions. Otherwise, great!

I love the idea, but in testing it on multiple devices, it doesn't always work. So far it's only worked on my own computer.
