This is a very nice app and it is free! It helps me to see exactly what my clients are looking at and what they are maybe finding hard to do on my website. Definitely recommended.

A really mind-blowing app. I was amazed by the results and the seamless replies I saw from my visitors. I very much recommend this to all merchants so they can better understand their visitors and see their store from their visitors' eyes. I will be taking serious corrective actions in my store to try to increase my customers' engagement and convert more sales based on what I see.

It is a great app! It is good to be able to see what your customers are doing on your store and how you can improve the user experience. I have made about 10 changes on my store to remove clutter and make it as straight forward as possible

Just installed and I haven't used it fully. Although the clip could be a bit longer to help determine what drives sales or causes one to loose customers. So far, I haven't been able to do that as the clips are just for a few seconds.

The app is very innovative and productive, it gives you a quick look of the sessions I wish it was less speedy it would be better for us to analyze but still very good

It would be nice if I could see past recordings further back than what I'm offered, and a way to filter the visits by how far they went.

Great app would recommend it to any level of a drop shipper it truly can provide very valuable info. Unlike other apps this one is one the best out there that can truly help anyone of any level in helping them understand the customer experience and how to improve it.

App seems valuable but does have a delay between session happening and being able to see recording within the app.
